| In the academic circles at home and abroad,the study of Putin's political discourse has become an important "phenomenal" topic.Putin has been in power for 20 years since he took office in 2000.At the same time,Russia's political discourse has undergone 20 years of dynamic development to construct a unique "Putin's political discourse",which presents the output and transmission of leaders' political and cultural ideas through various language means and discourse practice.The political cultural concept is a complex concept system under the framework of political linguistics.It is derived from the theory of cultural concept and applied in political linguistics.Political cultural concepts are rooted in political discourse,and the deep-seated relationship between power and ideology behind language is revealed by excavating its social practice.The political cultural concept shows the dynamic evolution of political culture in different periods.Each political cultural concept is not isolated,but closely connected with each other.Political cultural concepts are formed in the game between politics and language.As a systematic component of political discourse,political cultural concepts constitute the picture of political language world.Any political cultural concept is a fragment of the picture of political language world.The political cultural concept runs through the dynamic dialogue among the subjects of political communication,the practice of political discourse and the world picture of political language.From the perspective of political linguistics,the issue of political cultural concepts in leaders' political discourse is a hot topic and trend in the study of interdisciplinary and intercultural communication,which has certain research significance and practical value.Putin's political discourse propagates political ideas internally and expresses his national position externally.The study of his political cultural ideas is helpful to grasp Russia's national policy and understand the social practice on which Russia's politics depends.It has certain reference for the construction of China's political discourse and the transmission of political cultural ideas.Based on the theories of political linguistics and linguistic culture,this paper takes the Russian President's state of the Union address and Putin's "live link" political discourse from 2000 to 2020 as an example,and makes a deep and multi-dimensional dynamic analysis of Putin's political cultural ideas from the perspective of political linguistics with the help of corpus and other research methods.In this paper,the three research issues are progressive and in-depth.1.At the micro level,what language expression means does Putin's political discourse use to achieve the presentation and transmission of political cultural ideas?What is the theme classification of political cultural concepts?2.At the macro level,what are the characteristics of Putin's political cultural ideas embodied in his political discourse practice? What kind of dynamic evolution does its deep interpretation have? What kind of political cultural concept system will be formed and what kind of meaning will be constructed?3.In Putin's political discourse,what kind of political reality does the political cultural concept system construct and what kind of values do it convey? What is the evolution of power and ideology behind the construction and evolution of political cultural concept system?In order to solve the problem of this study,we establish the analytical framework of this study according to the cultural concept theory,Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method and the research method of political linguistics.We make a descriptive and explanatory study on the evolution of Putin's political and cultural concepts in his political discourse from the three dimensions of text,discourse practice and social practice.Firstly,in the micro level of text analysis dimension,political cultural concepts are dynamic,showing different political cultural attributes in each diachronic stage,showing a dynamic trend of change.Political cultural concepts of different subject classifications have very important research value in different diachronic periods.The analysis concludes that there is a potential relationship between the stages of national governance and the stages of political cultural concept system.Driven by the internal political cultural concept,the historical evolution of Putin's political cultural concept in his political discourse has gone through the development process from preliminary to mature,from scattered to systematic,It presents the diachronic development track of "returning" from inside to outside,paying equal attention to both inside and outside,and from outside to inside.The research carriers of Putin's political cultural concepts in his political discourse can be divided into language carriers and speech carriers.The language carriers start from the invariability and variability,mainly including the fading out of old political cultural concept words,the new use of old political cultural concept words,the emergence of new political cultural concept words and the use of annual political vocabulary.Starting from the analysis of verbalization,speech carriers mainly focus on the study of political communication.In addition,this study finds that Putin's political discourse achieves the dynamic presentation of political cultural ideas by means of three linguistic representation types: periodic changes of political cultural ideas,cultural factors and semantic elements.Secondly,from the perspective of discourse practice at the macro level,through the analysis of discourse practice in the corpus,this study finds that the discourse practice characteristics of Putin's political cultural ideas are mainly embodied in space,process,constancy,universality,development and dynamics,which are embodied in psychology,attribute,state,behavior,goal,scope,time,space and ways.The deep interpretation of Putin's political cultural concepts in his political discourse mainly focuses on "patriotism","nationalism" and "powerful nation doctrine",focusing on the dynamic evolution of the core political cultural concept "powerful nation doctrine".The core of the study of political culture concept lies in people,which mainly discusses the dialogue relationship among people,language and political world.From the perspective of political communication,it is embodied in the dialogue relationship among the speaker,political text / political discourse and the addressee.The political cultural concept,political discourse and meaning in different periods are three-dimensional interactive co changing relations,showing the changes of ruling ideas in different periods.The relationship between political culture and political discourse is not a simple reflection,but an interactive relationship to realize meaning.As a systematic component of political discourse,political cultural concepts take political discourse as the carrier and experience from deep to surface,from potential to manifestation,and from invisible to visible,The dynamic process from nonverbalization to verbalization: political cultural concept political discourse or political text(internal language externalization external language concept word carrier)-political language world prospect.Thirdly,from the perspective of social practice,it is clear about the changes of ruling ideas and the evolution of power and ideology reflected in the study of the construction and evolution of Putin's political cultural concept system.The results show that: the dynamic evolution of political cultural concepts has experienced a dynamic development track from germination to depth,then to peak,and finally to return,presenting as the "formation and rise" period-"stable development" period-"continuation of Putin's thought" period-"slow development" period-"conservative return" period,Specifically,the concept of political culture "power"--"people's livelihood"--"national values"--the inheritance and continuation of the "Putin Era"--the new development and new measures in the "Meipu thinking" period--"patriotic unity"--"development"--"conservative" transformation,which also confirms the practice of the theme classification of political culture in specific political discourse,On this basis,it summarizes the policy enlightenment and reference of the construction and evolution of political cultural concept system. |
