The vast natural environment combined with the thick and primitive ethnic heritage makes the humanistic image contained in the northern polar regions the most vividly shaped and displayed in the art map of Chinese ethnic minorities.Therefore,the Northeast ethnic minorities art has become the emotional starting point for many artists and the source of visual schema.Since the 1980 s,Northeast Minority-themed art has inherited the evolution of Chinese art,showing unprecedented changes in multiple dimensions such as subject matter,spirit,language,and concepts.In essence,this artistic phenomenon not only occurs from the internal understanding of Chinese art,but also cannot be separated from the encounter with modern Western thoughts.Each art category responds to the times while paying attention to subjectivity and self-perception,and breaks through spirit and concepts.Realize the modern transformation of Northeast minority art,and to a certain extent constitute a brand new picture of Chinese national art.Therefore,the research on the art of Northeast ethnic minorities is not only of important academic significance,but also a timely review of the changes in the history of modern and contemporary art.The full text is divided into five parts: introduction,body,conclusion,references,and appendices.The body part is divided into four chapters,mainly examine and distinguish the research questions from the four aspects of production context,creation subject,aesthetic implication and modernity evolution of Northeast ethnic minorities art.The first chapter intervenes from the relationship between the times and the nation,art and society,expounds the natural environment,the national cultural background and the aesthetic terminology under the change of the times in the Northeast.The author believes that the heavy and primitive cultural conditions are the prerequisite factors that affect the generation of Northeast ethnic minorities,and the artistic trend brought about by the reform and opening up has become an important source of visual style elements for many artists.Together,the two determine the Northeast ethnic minorities.The overall creative state of the theme art since the 1980 s has formed a new situation different from other historical stages.The second chapter combines the "empathy" method of interviews to study the subjectivity of creators in the cultural field of Northeast ethnic minorities.Through in-depth analysis of the individual and group artistic concepts and schematic language characteristics of different artists,it explores their specificity.The common and individual characteristics of the historical period are to clarify the similarity of the creative concept,the integrity of the creative group,the uniqueness of individual spirit and the consensus characteristics of regional culture presented in the art field of Northeast ethnic minorities.The author believes that this common cultural orientation constitutes the overall characteristic language style and authentic spirit of the Northeast minority art field.The third chapter,which is expected to carry out an in-depth study of a group of artists with distinct life experiences and varied painting types through the first-hand information obtained from interviews along with case study of painters,so as to reflect their life experiences,academic inheritance and creation,and meanwhile mirror their creative spirit in the context of different times.The fourth chapter discusses the multi-dimensional evolution characteristics of the theme,language,concept and other aspects of the Northeast ethnic minorities themed art in the 40 years through the three aspects of "Exploration of Humanistic Spirit in the Experiment of Local Reform","Impact of Western Modern Thoughts and Local Response" and "Reflection and Reproduction in the Situation of Ethnic Integration".The author believes that Northeast ethnic minorities themed art breeds in the primitive soil and national spirit of the Northeast region,and has nurtured a unique Eastern response and creation experience.Its path of modernity is in the integration of tradition and modernity,East and West,autonomy and heteronomy,marginal and mainstream,forming a modernity with complex characteristics under the framework of modern academics.Through the above-mentioned discussion,the author believes that the rise and development of Northeast ethnic minorities themed art confirm the historical process of the cultural journey and unity and integration of the northern ethnic groups.The depth and extension of art images under different ideological concepts in various periods is not only a model of humanistic thought spanning centuries,but also invisibly shaped the image history of the development and transformation of the modern life of ethnic minorities in the Northeast.Under the concept of the unity of nature and human,the primitive and mysterious northern minorities with their will of life and aesthetic implication,have delivered more spiritual enlightenment to artists and viewers.This precious spiritual bonanza from outside the Great Wall is not only a subject matter,but also a spiritual creation that embodies the unique cultural strength of the northern peoples,which is contained in the cultural context of the East,and is in line with the Western language structure,which also respond to the modern practice of contemporary Chinese art and the world's discourse issues through the vitality,cohesion,and creativity cast in the nation.
