The traditional festival is a living folk activity,representing an important cultural phenomenon in the human ethnic group,while the festival of ethnic minorities is the embodiment of ethnic characteristics of culture,is the symbol and symbol of minority culture.During thousands of years of historical development,the Tibetan has formed a stable religious belief based on Tibetan Buddhism.Religion runs through the production and life of the Tibetan people and the whole life etiquette.Therefore,many Tibetan traditional festivals are related to religion.Shoton festival is one of the grandest and most typical festival ceremonies combining Tibetan Buddhism with local culture.Shoton Festival contains rich musical elements,including the Ihan skyes rol mo and rkyen Gzhan rol mo of religious music,the singing and accompaniment of Tibetan Ache Lhamo Opera and song and dance music,Seemingly independent of the three types of music,in fact,there is a certain symbiotic relationship in the origin,development and transmission process.Along with the development of The Times,especially after the peaceful liberation of Tibet,under the leadership of the communist party of China,the country's support and the people consciously accelerated the development of Tibet,the Tibetan traditional culture also with Tibet's economic and social development and changes,and in developing to follow the law of development of the society,in line with the social values and aesthetic orientation,fully show the modern adaptability of the traditional festivals.Tibetan festivals and culture in modern cultural space are endowed with new characteristics and significance.Music in festivals realizes its own development and continuation with the enrichment and diversity of festival activities.This paper focuses on the development process of Shoton Festival and makes a specific analysis of the noumenon form of music and the humanistic influence in the festival.Through the observationand participating in the festival and interviewing people,fully mastering the first-hand research data,combined with a large number of literature,using the interdisciplinary method to compare and comb,this paper expounds in detail how the sound of Shoton Festival ceremony is presented in the festival,the characteristics of sound and music form,and the significance of music in different exhibition spaces in the process of historical evolution,So as to better grasp the times of development.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction explains the purport of the article from the source of the topic,the basis and background of the topic,and the purpose and significance of the research.It clarifies the value of the topic by sorting out the research status at home and abroad,and explains the main concepts,research ideas and methods of the article.The text includes four chapters.The first chapter describes the Tibetan cultural background.The rich and colorful Tibetan ethnic culture is the breeding ground of Shoton Festival and its music.Therefore,the first chapter: the historical origin of Lhasa Shoton Festival,which summarizes the social history,cultural tradition,religious belief and secular response,as the cultural basis of the "deep description" of the festival sound of Tibetan Shoton Festival.The second chapter: the celebration ceremony of the Shoton festival in Lhasa.Firstly,from the horizontal and vertical aspects of shetton Festival in the historical development of the festival ceremony procedures are combed;Secondly,I participated in the festival with detailed field research,and used the method of musical ethnography to write the time,place,people and procedures of the festival activities again.As the activity field of the festival is constantly expanding,therefore,musical events show different meanings and purposes in different exhibition fields.Chapter three:analysis of music form.Shoton festival contains a rich musical event,in addition to the temple religious music,later added Tibetan Ache Lhamo opera and song and dance Shirong Drongzi.This chapter mainly analyzes the forms of the three types of music,through the analysis of music to find the relationship between the three in music thoughts,historical development and music form,they influence and absorb each other,forming a music culture and aestheticsystem with ethnic characteristics.Chapter four: the contemporary significance of Lhasa Shoton Festival.The government departments on behalf of the state present integrate resources according to the modern needs of the people,and build any symbol that can represent ethnic culture in Shoton Festival and festival into a Tibetan festival culture brand,showing the characteristics of commercialization in modern urban space.For example,The Tibetan Ache Lhamo opera has been expanded from exhibition space to form.With the changes,the festival shows strong inclusiveness,pluralistic coexistence,advancing with The Times,can avoid being swallowed by The Times in a large number of folk art,become sacred and secular,traditional and modern coexist festival.Through the above comprehensive combing and thinking,music,which occupies an important position in festivals,can satisfy people's sense of belonging and complete Tibetan ethnic identity.No matter from the original sacred religious rituals or today's song and dance carnivals and public gatherings,people's enthusiasm for the music culture of the Sheraton Festival has not decreased at all.the music culture has been flowing in the blood of Tibetan people,from the beginning to now has been their living cultural tradition.
