| Lenin’s time is the golden time in Russian Communist Party’s democracy and Lenin’s inner-Party democracy thought is an important historical part of Marxist inner-Party’s democracy theory history. This paper overall organizes and generalizes the main points and content of Lenin’s inner-Party democracy thought and objectively evaluates its historical position and modern value by examining its social historical condition and evolvement. The creation and contributions made in theory research in this paper are as follows:This paper holds that this thought system is a product of the synthetic role of many social and historical conditions. Marx and Engels’ thought of democratic Party building and that of Kautsky, Luxemburg and Russian radical populists’ are its theory origin, western capitalistic democratic political development and Russian basic country condition of underdeveloped economy and culture lay the realistic foundation for its formation, and Russian laborers movements and proletarian party construction provide practical basis for this theory.This paper holds that Lenin’s inner-Party democracy thought is a relatively complete theory system which consists of inner-Party democratic essence theory, inner-Party democratic function theory, inner-Party democratic environment theory and inner-Party democratic construction theory. Lenin holds that the essence of inner-Party democracy lies in the members equal participation into Party affairs; Lenin argues that inner-Party democracy function can strengthen Party’s solidarity, put vitality into Party, make scientific decisions, enhance the ties between the Party and the masses and promote people democracy; Lenin thinks that inner-Party democracy construction should adapt to concrete social and historical environment so as to achieve the organic unity of inner-Party democracy construction and social historical environment development; The construction of inner-Party democracy not only gives priority to the development of good social environment, but also constructs inner-Party democracy systems which include democratic system, centralism Party Congress system, inner-Party electoral system, democratic supervision system and collective leadership system.This paper holds that Lenin’s inner-Party democracy thought not only opens up new vistas of Marxist inner-Party democracy theory, but also provides a solid foundation for the inner-Party democracy thought formation of the Chinese Communist Party. Though Lenin’s inner-Party democracy thought has some defects, it has referential value for the inner-Party democratic construction of the Chinese Communist Party. |
