Research On Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Voluntary Culture

Voluntary Culture is a kind of social culture that has come into being in China in recent years.It plays a positive role in the development of social spiritual civilization and social welfare and is worthy studying.China's Voluntary Culture has rich cultural connotations,containing the Chinese traditional culture,the revolutionary traditional culture and the cultural genes of the advanced socialist culture.At the same time,the development logic and operational mechanism are also significantly different from the Western Voluntary Culture.Ideological and Political Education is the "lifeline" of all work of the Party and country,and is the "compass" for the development of social culture.Therefore,the development of Voluntary Culture in our country requires intellectual resources and manpower repertory from Ideological and Political Education.Ideological and Political Education should assume the historical responsibility of guiding and promoting citizens' practice of Socialist Core Values under the perspective of Voluntary Culture and actively participates in voluntary activities in order to form a good atmosphere of the culture.The current development of Voluntary Culture provides a good opportunity for Ideological and Political Education in content,carrier,policy,system,atmosphere,material and spirit.It also puts forward new challenges for the role of Ideological and Political Education in cultural orientation,organizational mobilization and talent cultivation.Ideological and Political Education should pay attention to the educational policy of "conforming to the time,events and circumstances",grasping the pulse of the times,keeping up with the latest spirit of the Party Central Committee,meeting the needs of social and cultural development,and fully responding to new problems in the new era.After fully understanding the theoretical and practical importance of Ideological and Political Education in the perspective of Voluntary Culture,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of Ideological and Political Education in the perspective of Voluntary Culture.Using individual in-depth interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis of statistics,and empirical research on the relationship,role,and influence of the two is conducted.The problems concerning undertaking Ideological and Political Education under the perspective of Voluntary Culture and the causes of these problems are analyzed.The main problem is that the functional orientation of Ideological and Political Education in the development of Voluntary Culture needs to be clarified,and the theoretical construction and practice path of Voluntary Culture needs to be strengthened and improved.The main causes for these problems are the impact from the diversity of social and cultural backgrounds,the individualism and consumerism that have come into being by the rapid development of the market economy,the inadequate supply of Voluntary Culture caused by changes in social demands and social contradictions,the lack of understanding of Voluntary Culture and the intrinsic factors of the disconnection between Ideological and Political Education and Voluntary Culture.Aiming at the opportunities and challenges for Ideological and Political Education raised by the Voluntary Culture,as well as the problems and the causes found by the investigation,the paper concluded after comprehensive analyse that functional orientation of Ideological and Political Education in the perspective of Voluntary Culture is the primary issue.It points out that Ideological and Political Education has three functions for Voluntary Culture:value-oriented function,cultural development function and cultural education function.The value-oriented function takes the socialism of Chinese characteristics in the new era as the core educational content,and take establishing cultural self-confidence as the educational goal,and actively cultivates and practices the Socialist Core Values in the Voluntary Culture.The function of cultural development,on the basis of inheriting the existing Chinese traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture of the existing Voluntary Culture,strives to achieve innovation in content and path,so that the Voluntary Culture can easily strike a chord in the masses and exert a great influence in the new era.The function of cultural education,through the Voluntary Culture,can effectively improve personal moral integrity,cultivate individual striving spirit,enhance individual comprehensive quality,and ultimately strive to achieve the goal of all-round development of human beings.After clarification of the functional orientation of Ideological and Political Education in the Perspective of Voluntary Culture,further specific requirements are put forward for its practice.The first requirement is to clarify the principal part and responsibility of the promotion of Voluntary Culture and the implementation of Ideological and Political Education.It is proposed that government is the "escort",playing the leading and safeguarding function,school is the "battle position",playing the role of cultivation and promotion,community is the "main scene",playing the role of cohesion and dissemination,as "administrators",voluntary organizations play the role of organization and implementation,and as"practitioner",individuals play the role of Ideological and Political self-education.The clarification of the subject helps tobring into full play of Ideological and Political Education.Next,the practical principles under the perspective of Voluntary Culture are proposed.According to the characteristics of Voluntary Culture and Ideological and Political Education,the main principles are principles of direction,system,subjectivity,innovation and practice.Under the requirements of the above principles,seven points are put forward to implement Ideological and Political Education in the Perspective of Voluntary Culture:choice of Ideological and Political Education methods,the organization of voluntary service activities,the use of Internet technology,the typical role model of voluntary service,the utilization of functions of media cultural products,the utilization of cultural facilities resources,and the exchanges with overseas voluntary service organizations.At the same time,it is warned that some issues needs be noted and avoided.Institutional culture is an important part of Voluntary Culture.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a mechanism for Ideological and Political Education including leadership and work system,an interactive development mechanism for Ideological and Political Education and Voluntary Culture,and a mechanism for promoting and guaranteeing Ideological and Political Education in the Perspective of Voluntary Culture.The construction and development of Voluntary Culture is a complex and comprehensive long-term project.Ideological and Political Education should unite the spirit of all parties and bring together all parties to continuously enrich and improve the cultural connotation of the spirit,material and system of Voluntary Culture,and strive to make Voluntary Culture a representative culture of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and Chinese influence.Taking advantage of the influence of Voluntary Culture,efforts will be constantly made to realize the goal of Ideological and Political Education,and cultivate qualified hard working builders and successors with noble moral character,the willingness to contribute,and comprehensive qualities for the cause of socialist construction.
