In recent years,Internet platforms have attracted many third parties to join the platform by providing them with functions such as Web page access,application development and data interaction.Therefore,it is also known as the "open platform of the Internet".The open Internet platform is willing to attract the participation of the third party,because it can provide diversified services for the platform users,thus enhancing user stickiness.Third parties also actively participate in the Internet platform in order to get access to the platform's huge user traffic resources and gain benefits.It can be said that the open platform is the product of the era of "sharing,cooperation and win-win",which has promoted the "productivity" of the Internet to leap forward again.However,while sharing user information,traffic and resources,the huge open Internet platform exposes the user's personal information leakage problem has never been more serious.How to protect the privacy of users in the process of information sharing is an urgent problem that the academia and the industry pay close attention to.In order to solve the above problems,the following aspects are studied in this paper:First of all,analyzing information sharing and supervision of the open Internet platform.Firstly,through the analysis of the characteristics and information sharing mechanism of the Internet open platform,we have a deep understanding of the motivation of information sharing on the Internet open platform and the interest relationship between the Internet open platform,users and third parties in the process of information sharing.Secondly,from the perspective of international regulatory framework,national laws and regulations and industry self-discipline,the current regulatory status of personal information protection is sorted out and analyzed.In particular,this paper summarizes the specific regulatory requirements for information sharing at different levels,which lays a foundation for the research of personal information protection strategies in this paper.Secondly,supervision strategies for personal information protection of Internet open platform.In the face of the increasingly serious problem of privacy leakage and the growing awareness of personal information protection,it is particularly important to build a national personal information protection system as early as possible.However,China has not even introduced special personal information protection legislation,the regulatory attitude is not clear,the regulatory system is still not perfect,leading to the protection of personal information multiple supervision and supervision is not in place.Therefore,this paper USES fuzzy qualitative comparison analysis,to have a different system,cultural background and economic development level of 25 countries compares and analyses the personal information protection system,and find the most suitable ways for reference,and on this basis for advice on our government provides the desired system construction and regulation of effective information sharing strategy recommendations.Thirdly,the Internet open platform information sharing strategy based on privacy protection.While the content and services provided by third parties increase the utility users get from the platform,this comes at the expense of sharing personal information with third parties.From the perspective of economics,this paper introduces the pyramid space model to describe the relationship between the profit of the open platform,the utility level of users and the income of the third party.Based on the three-stage dynamic game analysis,the optimal platform information sharing strategy based on user privacy protection is found under the goal of maximizing platform profits.Fourthly,the Internet open platform privacy policy information sharing policy formulation strategy research.Privacy policy is a legal document for the platform to obtain information sharing authorization agreement from users,and it is the main way for the platform to inform users when and why to share their personal information and its protection measures.In this article,through content analysis of 88 APP privacy policy terms of information sharing,on the one hand,examine how the platform to provide privacy protection in the process of information sharing,on the other hand,classifying different information sharing degree of platform,and the requirement of laws and regulations,according to different types of platform effective information sharing terms make Suggestions to better protect users' personal information.Main contribution of this article is: firstly,introduced the combination of qualitative quantitative analysis method to study the personal information protection system,broke the past only qualitative analysis the limitations of small sample,and connecting with the system,cultural background and level of economic development,found a the most suitable for national regulators build path of personal information protection system in China.Secondly,a systematic and specialized study on the protection of personal information in information sharing is carried out,which extends the pair relationship between users and platforms in the research on the protection of personal information on Internet platforms to the relationship between users,platforms and third parties.Thirdly,a pyramid space monopoly competition model based on privacy sensitivity is constructed to depict the interest relationship between users,platforms and third parties,which provides a differentiated information sharing strategy based on privacy protection for open platforms and enriches the relevant theories of privacy economics.Fourthly,according to the degree of information sharing on Internet open platforms,the types of platforms are divided,and Suggestions are provided to improve the information sharing terms of privacy policy for different types of open platforms.
