Information technology such as the Internet is developing at a high speed.The network has become an indispensable part of people's lives.Technology has brought conveniences that people could not imagine in the past.Big data and artificial intelligence are constantly innovating and widely used in people's daily life,bringing human society into the era of digital economy.The value of data resources of personal information is increasingly prominent,and the growth rate of network users is amazing,based on the application of personal information.And the service came into being.Due to the continuous improvement of computer calculating ability and information storage and sharing capabilities,all the behaviors of users on the Internet have left traces of data.Many data have been de-identified in time,but with the continuous improvement of information integration and mining analysis capabilities,the permutation and combination of various de-identified behavioral data can directly identify individuals,which directly leads to the problem of personal privacy leakage becoming more and more serious.Some people say that big data is a new gold,and even more people say that big data is the oil in 21 st century.There are infinite wealth that can be tapped and realized,thus attracting more and more capital to enter the field of personal information.The activities of collecting,analyzing and sharing are becoming more active.Therefore,the protection of personal information of users has become the core area of user rights protection.In recent years,there has been a wave of personal information protection legislation in the world.The United States,the European Union,and Japan have successively formulated or revised the relevant provisions on personal information protection.The basic rules for the collection and use of personal information are determined.And the personal information protection system is gradually established.At present,with the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,China has gradually laid out the information technology field.The data driving force has gradually become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.The major Internet platforms have laid out various fields of users' clothing,food,housing and transportation.Collecting personal information related to users and personal information industries.The chain has also been extended,and the protection of users' personal information is facing a severe situation.The privacy policy is an agreement between the user and the platform to obtain the products and services provided by the Internet service provider.The agreement is formulated by the platform and read by the user through a link or a page publicity when the user first logs in to the platform.It is established after confirmation or consent,and it is also receiving more and more attention as the rights and obligations of the data collectors,the platform and the original data providers and users.This study uses content analysis method,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of law,sociology and communication to study the privacy policy of current social platforms,find out its current problems and provide privacy provisions for the construction of platforms and users.This study is mainly divided into three parts.The first part of the article selects the user's personal information protection related texts of the ten platforms that provide social services as a sample and builds a total of 22 evaluation indicators in five dimensions to analyze the current status of the social platform collecting and using the user's personal information.The second part of the article is based on the privacy policies of ten representative social platforms,summarizes the problems existing in the current social platform privacy policy and explains the causes and adverses consequences of user privacy leakage from a theoretical perspective.The third part of the article aims to make recommendations on the formulation and implementation of the social platform privacy policy.Firstly,based on the problems existing in the privacy policy,the author puts forward suggestions for the formulation of privacy policies based on balancing the commercial interests of the social platform and user privacy.Meanwhile,the measures to ensure the implementation of the privacy policy emphasize that the user side should also strengthen the awareness of personal information protection,and sort out the current privacy protection legislation and future efforts.
