Research On The Summary Of Historical Experience And The Theoretical Innovation Of The CPC Since Reform And Opening-up

Marxist epistemology holds that theory comes from practice.But what practice produces directly is not theory,but experience.Only after summing up and refining,the experience can realize the leap to the theory.The CPC is a political party that is good at summing up historical experience.Its summary of historical experience is an basic way and key link to realize theoretical innovation and continuously promotes the sinicization of marxism.Therefore,the CPC has repeatedly stressed that it should attach importance to and be good at summing up and applying historical experience.Xi Jinping pointed out that we should “earnestly summarize and apply the successful experience of Reform and Opening-up”,“continue to push forward Reform and Opening-up in the new era” and “provide strong impetus for the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era”.In the literature of the CPC,whenever the formation of the theoretical achievements of the Sinicization of Marxism is mentioned,whether it is MAO Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the Important Thought of Three Represents,the Scientific Outlook on Development or Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for New Era,the word “experience” is inevitably appeared.In the period of revolution and construction,the CPC had gained one victory after another by summing up historical experience and promoting theoretical innovation.Over the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up,socialism with Chinese characteristics has been the theme of all the theories and practices of the CPC,but Reform and Opening-up is the most important work of the CPC,the great achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics have also been made in the great practice of Reform and Opening-up.For more than 40 years,the CPC has mainly summarized the historical experience of Reform and Opening-up.Therefore,the study of“how the CPC summed up the historical experience of Reform and Opening-up,and how the historical experience of Reform and Opening-up is used to realize theoretical innovation” is not only the need of Reform and Opening-up and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in practice,but also the need of theoretical development.From the two basic problems,the paper tries to clarify the basic structure of the CPC's summary of historical experience in Reform and Opening-up,straighten out the main process and inherent logic of the summary of historical experience of Reform and Opening-up in the realization of theoretical innovation,analyze characteristics,compliance,value role and future direction on the whole.The text of the paper is divided into five chapters,respectively from the five aspects of before the Reform and Opening-up,the initial stage of Reform and Opening-up,the deepening stage of Reform and Opening-up,Comprehensive Deepening of Reform Period and the overall evaluation,to carry out a systematic and in-depth analysis,interpretation and demonstration for the CPC's summary of historical experience and theoretical innovation.The first chapter discusses the summary of historical experience and the proposal of the“second combination” major subject before the Reform and Opening-up.Summary of historical experience is the key link and fundamental method of theoretical innovation,theoretical innovation is the
