Research On The Historical Development And Basic Experience Of The Ideological And Theoretical Construction Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening Up

As the foundation of Party building,ideological and theoretical construction is a major feature and political advantage of the CPC to strengthen its own construction,which provides a strong ideological guarantee for the smooth development of the cause of the party and the country in an all-round way.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,China has entered a new era of reform and opening up.The international situation is complex and changeable,and great changes have taken place in economy,society and people’s ideas.Faced with a completely different social environment from the past,China’s Communists,represented by Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,have constantly deepened their understanding of the law of the party building in Marx according to their historical position and tasks.In order to meet the needs of practice,they have always attached importance to building the party from the ideological level.It has accumulated a lot of valuable experience and further developed Marxist theory of Party building.This paper reviews the historical development process of the ideological and theoretical construction of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up,and on this basis,summarizes the basic experience of strengthening the ideological and theoretical construction.The main content of this paper is composed of two parts: the first part mainly takes the four important meetings of the party as the stage division standard,and inspects the concrete performance of Ideological and theoretical construction in each historical stage,that is,since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the party,since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the party,since the 16 th National Congress of the party and since the 18 th National Congress of the party.It can be seen that under different historical background,the Communist Party of China boldly innovated in different situations and challenges,and explored a series of new forms and methods to strengthen the ideological and theoretical construction.The second part focuses on the basic experience of strengthening the ideological and theoretical construction since the reform and opening up.The first is to adhere to the guiding position of Marxism in the field of Ideological and theoretical construction;the second is to constantly enrich and develop the content of Ideological and theoretical construction;the third is to always attach importance to the ideological and theoretical construction and further promote the great project of the party’s construction;the fourth is to take the party’s political line as the guidance and obey the service The party’s central task and fundamental purpose.The scientific summary and flexible use of the experience and knowledge of these laws have important reference value for the party’s ideological and theoretical construction under the background of comprehensive and strict governance of the party in the new era.
