Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,labor education has in fact been the focus of the Communist Party of China,the state,and the education circles,and related policies have been promulgated continuously.However,from the actual situation,the implementation of relevant policies has not completely changed people's misunderstanding and attitude towards labor,nor has it completely changed people's misunderstanding of labor education.In some educational occasions,labor education is even used as a means to punish students,which also deviates from the intended meaning of labor education.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,whether it is Comrade Xi Jinping's speech at the 2018 National Education Conference,or"the Opinions of the Ministry of Education,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,and the National Youth Work Committee on Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools","the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensive Opinions on Strengthening Labor Education in Universities in the New Era,"Guiding Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)",and "Guiding Opinions of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on Giving Full Play to the Role of Trade Union Organizations in Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in the New Era" and other important documents.The promulgation reflects the importance of the Chinese Communist Party on labor education after entering the New Era.Labor is the fundamental force that creates and promotes the development of human society,and education emerges with the emergence of mankind.This actually shows that education comes from labor.Labor education in China has always been based on the Marxist labor concept and the thought of combining education and labor.Meanwhile,it absorbs the labor education concepts in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and rationally adopts the relevant theories of Chinese and foreign education scholars and the practical experience of various countries in accordance with Chinese national conditions.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of expositions on labor and labor education of the Communist Party of China have inherited and developed Marxist labor education thoughts,continuously enriched the socialist labor education thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and provided more abundant labor education theory support for our country.Therefore,combing and exploring the evolution of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the People's Republic of China will help to clarify the development thread of labor education in Chinese education system,and promote the research on the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China at the theoretical level.At the same time,the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China has undergone many changes in the course of development since the founding of the People's Republic of China,which is closely related to social development,and the role of labor education in transforming society should also be considered.This way,labor education is analyzed from a historical perspective.The relationship between education and social development will enable a deeper understanding of the important role of labor education in social development and theoretically keep up with the times.Focusing on the evolution and development of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the People's Republic of China,this research is divided into seven parts in the argumentation.The first part is the introduction,focusing on the background of this research,clarifying the theoretical and practical significance of the research,summarizing,collating and analyzing a large number of researches on labor education thought and practice at home and abroad,and explaining the research ideas and methods of this research.At the same time,it summarizes the innovations and existing deficiencies in the research.The second part is the main concepts involved in the research.The first is to sort out the concepts of labor and labor education,through comprehensive analysis and definition of the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign understandings;the second is to analyze the improvement of labor ability,the change of labor form,and the expansion of labor scope in social development.Clarify the main factors that affect the changes in the main concepts of labor education;the third is to analyze the characteristics of labor education in the People's Republic of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China from the perspective of establishing labor concepts,cultivating labor spirit,and improving labor quality.The third part is the theoretical source of this research,focusing on the labor education concept of Marx,Engels,and Lenin,the labor concept and the concept of farming education in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the overview of the thinking and exploration of labor education by modern Chinese and foreign scholars.The fourth part is the analysis of the establishment and tortuous development of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the Reform and Opening-up.It begins through the analysis of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China from the establishment to the exploration and practice,and then to the tortuous exploration during "the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution",analyzes the purpose and practical effect of labor education.The fifth part is about reshaping and innovation of labor education thought of the Communist Party of China before the reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The rapid development of productivity brought about by reform and opening up has made labor education thinking add "technical" elements to its development,whether it is from "labor literacy" or "comprehensive practice",labor education thought in this period began to emphasize the importance of comprehensive technical education in human development.The sixth part is the new construction of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China after entering the New Era.The Communist Party of China has clarified the theoretical starting point and innovation driving force of the labor education thought during this period.In the labor education thought,it emphasized the establishment of correct labor values,shaping a good social atmosphere,and cultivating talent innovation capabilities.These are the needs of China to cultivate new people of the times and solve the problems of talent training in the process of building a modern and powerful country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Communist Party of China also extends labor education to different subjects of the society,which reflects the comprehensiveness of the labor education thought of The Communist Party of China in the new era.The seventh part is the experience and enlightenment of the evolution and development of the labor education thought of the Communist Party of China.It points out that the evolution of labor education thought is closely related to the main contradictions in the society.In the development of labor education thought,it is necessary to adhere to the combination of education and production labor,and grasp the principle of combining theory with practice and putting people at the center,expand the practice platform and improve the institutional guarantee system,so that labor education can play a better role in establishing morality.
