On Mark's Thought About Division Of Labor And Human's All-Round Development

This article follows the principle of unification on the history and logic. It preliminarily studies the Mark's thought on the relations between the division of labor and human's all-round development from four aspects. First, it states the origin of Mark's theory of social division and points out that origin of Marx's theory of division of labor comes from Adam smith's division of labor theory and the correct thought of the other economists at the same generation . Next, this article combs and analyzes the contents of Mark's social division theory from the text. Mark studied continuously the basic contradiction of the capitalist society and most important attention of his was human's dissimilation question, but it appeared the circulating argument on private ownership and dissimilation Afterwards, Marx deeply studied the economical reality of capitalist society, then he made an allover exposition and critique to it. Therefore this article has followed the Marx writings time order. Once more, Marx made division of labor as a breakthrough point to expose the basic power of historical development and found a way to elimination division of labor and realizing the emancipation of mankind. .Pursuing human's freedom and realizing the emancipation of mankind are ideas of Marx's life. According to his critique to realistic society, Marx analyzed the human's one-sidedness and finiteness which causes by the division of labor in capitalist society and also explored the way of realizing human's freedom and all-round development through planning the ideal society and disclosing the capitalist society. At last Marx thought that the realization of ideal depended on social practices which conforming to law of development of society and contradiction between social division of labor and human's all-round development would be resolved by the historical development. Mark showed it to us that human's all-round development was inevitability and the feasibility. At last, this article evaluates the contemporary significance of Mark's theory of social division. Along with the development of productive forces, the scope of social division also crosses the national boundary, so the international division of labor highlights day by day. Marx's statement on relations between international social division and the development of different countries was attractive, especially the evaluation that international social division made the inequality between developed countries and developing countries. But today, our times precisely has been moving towards the globalization, and the globalization has had great significance and the profound influence to human's development. It has provided the broad world and rare opportunity to human's development, but simultaneously the it also produces a series of obstacles to human's development.
