Research On The Construction Of The Discourse Power Of Socialist Core Values

The discourse power of socialist core values refers to a kind of power of a discourse subject to effectively express socialist core values,spread scientific discourse content,lead social thoughts and public opinion,strengthen the attraction,penetration and infection of socialist core values,consolidate and expand their domestic and international influence.Currently,the "Chinese model",characterized by the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics and the socialist market economy,provides the institutional and economic support for the construction of the discourse power of the core values;changes in the international situation "East up,West down" provides the external environment for building up the discourse power of socialist core values.Consequently,the combination of the two in time offers an opportunity for building the discourse power of socialist core values.The effective construction of such discourse power has the values of the times,for better developing,spreading and practicing the socialist core values,gathering consensus of the whole society,promoting social hannony and stability,enhancing the appeal and cohesion of the discourse power of socialist core values so as to upgrade national soft power,shape the great-nation image of China,and resolve the crisis of marginalization in global discourse.China is undergoing profound changes during the period of "13th Five-Year".With the development of reform and opening up and the advancement of economic globalization,the main challenges of the discourse power of socialist core values in China are:the transformation of social economy dispelling its cohesion,the loss of traditional culture weakening its attraction,the discourses from the west,civil society,network,and many others veiling its dominance.Whereas,the challenges that the international discourse power of socialist core values faces mainly include:at present,the western countries are making upmost efforts to build an "exclusive" discourse hegemony system,the science of Marxism is questioned in the low-tide period of the international communist movement,the West powerfully permeates the socialist core values with their own ones based on their master control of information technology.For the domestic and international challenges that the construction of such discourse power faces,it needs building in four dimensions,that is,the cultivation of discourse subject,the innovation of discourse content,the optimization of discourse expression,and the enhancement of discourse communication.Firstly,the cultivation of discourse subject requires for the precise grasp and psychological identification of the discourse subject on the theoretical essence of socialist core values,and the establishment of value self-confidence of the discourse subject for socialist core values.On such basis,the virtuous dialogue and communication between different discourse subjects need strengthening,and the self-driven dominance and acceptance of the discourse subjects on discourses encouraging,so that the self-driven value consciousness of discourse subjects on socialist core values can be realized.Secondly,to strengthen the innovation of discourse content of the contemporary socialist core values,it requires for perfecting the refinement and interpretation of socialist core values discourses,continuously learn from the excellence of the Chinese traditional culture,actively absorbing the positive thoughts in the trend of pluralistic discourses.In such way,a solid foundation for the value of the socialist core values can be laid and a strong atmosphere of the times can be formed so as to maximally activate people's recognition on the core values of the discourse contents.Thirdly,to optimize the discourse expression of contemporary socialist core values,one,it requires for well docking the ideal context and reality context of socialist core values discourse;two,it requires for well transforming the discourse expression of socialist core values,that is,changing centralized imperative speech to decentralized negotiable speech and combining the elitist theoretical speech and life-style popular speech;three,it requires for well transforming the discourse expression paradigm of socialist core values,like sending the new paradigm,new but not least,the discourse transmission of the contemporary socialist core values needs strengthening.Domestically,it is necessary to change from the unidirectional,tough transmission to the interactive,equal one and to promote the integration of the traditional and new media on discourse transmission.Externally,it is requisite to have the foreign medias actively join in the set of international discourse topics by their attention on the issues related to China.And the international discourse topics should be reasonably set according to the characteristics of the international audience so as to set up the core values and create solid channels for the international transmission of the core values.
