Corruption is a global issue,and it is also a political issue of general concern to all countries in the world.Since the founding of New China,China has exhibited different characteristics of corruption at different stages of development.The party and government have continuously promoted corruption governance in response to corruption at different stages and achieved remarkable results.In particular,since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping,China's corruption governance has continued to increase,and corruption governance has achieved new results.Some scholars have done qualitative analysis and quantitative research on the relationship between corruption governance and economic development.Due to different research angles,research methods,research periods,and research areas,the conclusions reached are also quite different.To sum it up,it roughly includes the conclusion that corruption governance is beneficial to economic development,corruption governance is not conducive to economic development,and corruption governance has no correlation with economic development.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important time node for China's corruption governance.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has intensified its efforts to control corruption and has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,China's economic development has entered a new normal,that is,from long-term high-speed growth to medium-high Since the National Congress.The main content of this paper includes the following parts:(1)Mainly define and analyze the concept of corruption governance,the measurement of corruption governance,the concept of economic development,the measurement indicators of economic development,the connotation of correlation,etc.,and the relationship between corruption governance and economic development at home and abroad The related theories have been sorted out,including the thoughts of the classic Marxist writers on the relationship between corruption governance and economic development,the theoretical exploration of the relationship between corruption governance and economic development by the leaders of the Communist Party of China,and the relationship between corruption governance and economic
