Research On The Of Online Anti-Corruption In China Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the anti-corruption cause in our country has made remarkable achievements,which cannot be achieved without the strong support of online anti-corruption.Nowadays,with the new round of technological innovations on the Internet in our country,the rise of online anti-corruption among the people has shown an unparalleled trend of development in terms of speed,scale and impact,making an indelible contribution to the great cause of fighting corruption and promoting a clean government in our country.However,there are no flawless things in the world and the online anti-corruption has two sides since its birth.On the one hand,it plays an active role as an avant-garde in the anti-corruption campaign,promoting the process of political democratization in our country.On the other hand,there are also certain institutional problems,which have brought great obstacles to the subsequent development of China's online anti-corruption.Therefore,it is imperative to find solutions to the institutional problems of online anti-corruption in our country,to arouse the positive effects of the anti-corruption campaign as well as gradually overcome its shortcomings,and forge a path towards a systematic online anti-corruption institution with Chinese characteristics.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is the basic theory analysis of China's cyber anti-corruption.It specifically expounds the connotation and characteristics of cyber anti-corruption,the theoretical basis of cyber anti-corruption development,and the significance of the development of cyber anti-corruption,which provides abundant information for the development of the paper.The second part discusses the status quo,existing problems and causes of China's cyber anti-corruption development since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China.It focuses on the analysis of the legal,moral,organizational,and technical problems in the field of cyber anti-corruption and analyzes the reasons for its occurrence.It laid the premise for proposing targeted countermeasures.The third part proposes countermeasures to improve China's cyber anti-corruption from four perspectives of law,ethics,organization,and technology,including strengthening the legal guarantee of anti-corruption in the network;forming a moral support for anti-corruption in the network;constructing an organizational anti-corruption network;innovation The technical support for network anti-corruption seeks to explore the solution to the network anti-corruption problem in China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and contributes to promoting the development of anti-corruption network in China.
