The Theory And Practice Of Anti-Corruption Since The 18th National People's Congress Of China's Communist Party

As a social phenomenon, all countries in the world is faced with different levels of corruption, China is no exception. Since the founding of new China, the communist party of China always attaches great importance to the anti-corruption struggle. Especially since the eighteenth session of the National People's Congress, Party's style honesty building and anti-corruption showed the new normal. However, anti-corruption in the new normal doesn't mean the anti-corruption punishment strength weakening. Therefore, the study of anti-corruption having positive practical and theoretical significance about strengthen the construction of democratic politics in our country and improve the ruling ability of the communist party of China since the eighteen session of the National People's Congress.In order to study the anti-corruption since the eighteen session of the National People's Congress, we must have a full and comprehensive conside rthe existing results. Based on the roughly combing of the research literature, in this paper, the research mainly includes four aspects. At first, based on review of anti-corruption since the founding of new China to the eighteen session of the National People's Congress. The root causes of corruption in our country are analyzed and the serious situation of anti-corruption work before the eighteen session of the National People's Congress. Secondly, summarize the content of the anti-corruption after the eighteenth session of the National People's Congress. Mainly including improve the Party's style, set up a sound system of anti-corruption, comprehensive governing party and so on. Once again, based on the practice of anti-corruption in China since the eighteen session of the National People's Congress, induces the characteristics that is anti-corruption punishment universal tendency in China and highly anti-corruption determination and self-confidenceis. The characteristics is the important symbol which different from precious ' s fight against corruption. Finally, we deeply analysis the new challenge and Path selection of anti-corruption since the eighteen session of the National People's Congress. Although great achievements have been reach, there are still have a lot of challenges about anti-corruption, such as the growth of integrity but omission. In order to solve the above problems, we must rely on the road of Chinese characteristics against corruption since the eighteenth session of the National People's Congress. The road should include persist on the guiding position of Marxism; clear strategy and goals; scientificleadership system and working mechanism; constantly improve the level of legalization of anti-corruption.
