Research On Chen Yun's Thought Of Economic Construction

Chen Yun is a great proletarian revolutionist,politician,and an outstanding Marxist,as also an important member of the first generation of the central leading group with Mao Zedong as the core and a key member of the second generation of the central leading group with Deng Xiaoping as the core.In the long-term practice of leading economic construction work,he insisted on starting from the actual situation in China,and made all-round thought and exploration on how to find out a socialist construction road suited to the Chinese national conditions.He proposed and practiced a series of extremely creative thought,which has made tremendous contributions to exploring the road to socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the experience has fully proved that the smooth development of chinese socialist economic construction can not be separated from Chen Yun's correct leadership and guidance of economic construction.Therefore,systematically combing and studying Chen Yun's thought of economic construction is of great significance and enlightenment for us to deeply implement Xi Jinping's theory on governance,comprehensively promote the overall layout of "five in one",coordinate and promote the strategic layout of "four in an all-round way",solidly promote the comprehensively deepening of reforms,build a modern economic system with high-quality development,and enhance the national economic governance capacities.This paper can be roughly divided into the following three parts according to the content.Firstly,the second and third chapters of the paper analyze the era background and ideological basis of the formation of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.The era background of the formation of his thought includes three aspects:the successful practices of the party's leading economic construction after the founding of New China,the tortuous explorations and the experience and lessons of other countries' economic construction in the same period;The sources of his thought and theory include the “planned and proportionate development” of Marxist economic theory,the principle of commodity economy of Western Economics,Mao Zedong's thought of seeking truth from facts and Chinese traditional People-oriented thought in culture.At the same time,the formation of his thought is closely related to his family background,growth experience and long-term economic practice of leadership,and gradually enriched and deepened with the development of practice.Secondly,the fourth and fifth chapters of the paper focuse on the main content of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.Through systematic sorting,induction and summary,the paper summarizes Chen Yun's thought of economic construction into six aspects:comprehensive balance,improvement of people's livelihood,national conditions and strength,economic decision-making,economic reform and economic opening,which systematically and completely reflect the overall picture of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.The paper holds that these six aspects are related to two levels of economic philosophy thought and economic development thought.Comprehensive balance,improvement of people's livelihood,national conditions and strength,and economic decision-making among them mainly reflect Chen Yun's ethics and methodology in leading economic work.Therefore,it can be classified as economic philosophy thought;Economic reform and economic opening-up are more focused on the reflection of Chen Yun's thought in the practice of a certain field of economic development,which can be classified into the scope of economic development thought.In these two levels and six aspects,the thoughts are closely related,mutually influenced and different from each other,which together constitute the complete system of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.Among them,the comprehensive balance is the foundation of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction,and it is a main line running through it;Safeguarding and improving people's livelihood is the starting point and foothold of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.Thirdly,the sixth chapter of the paper deeply discusses the characteristics and enlightenment of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction.Based on the comprehensive study of the content and practice of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction,the paper summarizes the characteristics of Chen Yun's thought of economic construction from five angles:politics,the people,truth-seeking,innovation and forward-looking.The paper points out that Chen Yun's thought of economic construction adheres to the unity of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,and its most distinctive feature is gradualness and prudence.For the rest of his life,wherever and whenever he is,Chen Yun always maintains this feature.Through gradualness and prudence,Chen Yun promoted China's economic construction in a complex and difficult situation moved forward.Finally,the paper holds that Chen Yun's thought of economic construction not only has an indelible historical contribution,but also has important practical enlightenment,which is embodied in five aspects:firstly,always adhere to the purpose of improving people's livelihood;secondly,always adhere to the basis of self-reliance;thirdly,always adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts;fourthly,always adhere to the drive of comprehensively deepening of reforms;fifthly,always adhere to the direction of high-quality development.These are of great theoretical significance and practical value for further enhancing the "four self-confidence" of socialism with Chinese characteristics,implementing the new development concept,building a modern economic system,and winning the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
