Study On The Communication Maintenance Path Of Ideological Security

Safety refers to the objective state without danger,which is the basic premise for the existence and development of a thing.Ideological security,in short,means that the state of dominant ideology which is in an objective state free from danger.Security does not mean that there is no external threats and challenges,but requires that the security subject has sufficient capacity to stand with these external threats,in order to avoid these external threats bring about disruptive impacts on its own existence and development.Therefore,the objective existence state of security is actually a subjective creation process that needs to be actively built,and there is no absolute security subject that is once and for all in the social field.Similarly,dominating ideology only by constantly strengthening and improving its own construction can obtain broad and lasting social identity;can give full play to its powerful social function;can consolidate its dominant position in the ideological field,and also can have sufficient ability to advance its objective existence of security.In a word,the realization process of ideological security is the social practice process of giving full play to the powerful function of mainstream ideology in the process of conscious and effective construction of mainstream ideology.For contemporary China,which is in the historical position of New Era,consolidating the legitimacy of the long-term ruling of the Communist Party of China,realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and helping the people's growing construction of a better life are inseparable from the smooth play of the functions of the mainstream ideology and the practical guarantee of the security of the mainstream ideology.Therefore,deepening the study of ideological security has become an important and urgent theoretical and practical topic in the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in New Era.The subject of ideological security actually points to the mainstream ideology which occupies the dominant position in the ideological field in a certain society,and the core guarantee mechanism of ideological security can also be obtained from the process logic of mainstream ideological construction.From a complete process logic analysis,mainstream ideological construction includes three basic links: mainstream ideological production,mainstream ideological communication and mainstream ideological identity.Among them,mainstream ideological production is the premise and foundation,mainstream ideological communication is the key and intermediary,and mainstream ideological identity is the purpose and result.As the key link and an important content of mainstream ideological construction,communication is extremely important for the realization of ideological security.Because whether the mainstream ideology can ultimately obtain a wide range of social identity and then play its due powerful function depends not only on the theoretical authority contained in the mainstream ideology itself,but also on whether the mainstream ideology can be accepted,recognized,internalized and consciously practiced by social members through effective communication practice.On the contrary,if the position of mainstream ideology is improper;the characteristics are not obvious and the effect is not good enough,mainstream ideology itself will be difficult to obtain broad and lasting social identity even if it has advanced nature.Mainstream ideology can not function smoothly,and ideological security can hardly be effectively protected and pushed forward.Therefore,as a very important part of the mainstream ideological construction,communication practice is the only way for the mainstream ideology to gain wide recognition and then play a powerful role,which determines that the mainstream ideological communication belongs to the core guarantee mechanism of ideological security.Marx once profoundly pointed out that the disintegration of a certain ideology is enough to cause the disintegration of a certain social system.While human society still in the big logic of class society,only the dominant ideology which represents fundamental interests of ruling classes can bring such subversive influences.The ideology security of contemporary China is not only a practical problem related to the future and destiny of the Party,the long-term stability of the country,the centripetal force and cohesion of the nation,and the needs of people for a better life,but also is a complex and profound theoretical problem.Breaking through the path dependence of analyzing ideological security from the change of external environment,and guided by the methodology of internal and external causes of materialist dialectics,using the specific methods of historical analysis,comparative analysis,factor analysis and structural analysis of system theory,this study analyzes the basic theory of ideological security,examines the historical evolution of Ideological Security in our country since the founding of New China,summarizes the experience and lessons in the process of maintaining ideological security at all times and in all countries,examines the actual situation of ideological security in New Era,and explores the optimization measures to maintain ideological security in New Era from the perspective of mainstream ideological communication.This study believes that as an important component and key link of the mainstream ideology construction,the improper positioning or ineffective of mainstream ideological communication in the process of historical change may induce serious ideological security risks,and contemporary China's ideological security can also find out the endogenous risk incentives from the level of mainstream ideology dissemination.Therefore,we should promote the effective maintenance of China's ideological security by optimizing the mainstream ideological communication in New Era: firstly,we should strengthen team building to promote appeal of mainstream ideological communication;secondly,we should optimize content structure to grasp authority of mainstream ideological communication;thirdly,we should rely on media convergence to enhance influence of mainstream ideological communication;fourthly,we should concern audience's differences to strengthen pertinence of mainstream ideological communication.
