Xi Jinping's View Of International Order In The New Era

The COVID-19 epidemic that swept the world in 2020 accelerated the evolution of “the World's Unprecedented Great Changes in the past Century”characterized by "great development,great adjustment and great transformation".The current international order dominated by the West is also facing a systematic crisis from logic to structure,and the world has entered a period of turbulent change.In this context,how to guide the current international order to change in a more just and reasonable direction has become a global issue related to the fate of the world.Xi Jinping's view of international order in the new era is an international concept that the Communist Party of China upholds in order to realize national rejuvenation,international justice and human development in the face of the unprecedented great changes in the world.It is a conceptual system of international pattern with Chinese characteristics and characteristics of The Times constructed on the basis of history and reality.It includes not only China's cognition of its international role,but also its judgment of the theme of The Times and attitude towards the international order,as well as its conception of the new international order.Xi Jinping's view of the international order in the new era was formed in China's domestic and foreign practice since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Together with the concepts of “three world divisions”,“establishing a new international political and economic order”,“promoting the democratization of international relations” and “building a harmonious world”,it constitutes the conceptual pedigree of China's promotion of the reform of the international order.Of course,the appearance of Xi Jinping's view of international order in the new era is not accomplished overnight,but gradually evolved from a political consciousness to a self-contained concept system after experiencing the construction process of germination,development and maturity.This concept system takes Xi Jinping's view of the times,role,overall situation,civilization,cooperation and justice as the pillars,and takes “community consciousness of human destiny”,“building a new type of international relations” and “building a community of shared future for mankind” as the theoretical elements.Its connotation is characterized by common development as the core demand,equality and mutual reference as the cultural background,cooperation and win-win as the action logic,and co-construction and sharing as the benefit distribution mechanism,aiming at building a community of shared future for mankind by promoting reasonable and orderly interaction among countries in the world.Xi Jinping's view of international order in the new era is not an abstract and suspended concept,but a theory with both theoretical vitality and practical tension.It contains many theoretical norms different from the western traditional view of international order,such as sovereign equality,multilateralism,integration of justice and interests as the principle of international communication,independent cooperation,equal participation,sovereign freedom as the direction of international communication,interconnection,mutual benefit of partners,rational competition and cooperation as the mode of international communication.Although these theoretical norms are inconsistent with the Western view of international order,this does not mean that China is a challenger to the current international order.China's attitude towards the current international order is mainly characterized by nonconfrontation,weak substitution and strong constructiveness.Based on this position,China is based on the practice of building a community of shared future for mankind,and is committed to guiding the current international order to change in a more just and reasonable direction by reshaping the basis for the generation of international order,improving the operational norms of international order,and breaking the operational shackles of international order.Any new theory and idea will always be rejected by the old theory and idea when leading the practice change.The western view of power-based order,the discourse of anti-China and the behavior of curbing China's rise pose challenges to China's practice of guiding international order change.For China,we should not only resolutely fight with the proponents,but also adhere to the strategic determination.On the basis of self-reliance,self-consciousness of righteousness and benefit,and pragmatic diplomacy,we should calmly and steadily interact with all countries in the world,and then promote Xi Jinping's view of international order in the new era from Chinese theory to world consensus.This international order,from the perspective of thinking,principles and paradigms of the community of shared future for mankind,this paper deeply analyzes how Xi Jinping's view of international order in the new era guides the transformation of the generation basis,operation norms and operation shackles of international order.The sixth part is Chapter 5,which focuses on the challenges and strategies of Xi Jinping's view of the international order in the new era in guiding the reform of the international order.At the same time,this chapter also discusses the era value and significance of Xi
