The Effect Of Government Governance On The Location Choice Of Chinese Health Manufacturing Enterprises

After gradually realizing the goal of people's life towards a welloff society,health has increasingly become the main demand of the people in China.To develop the health industry requires research on the development law of enterprises in the health industry,and the location of the company is important.The health manufacturing industry is not only related to the development of the downstream health service industry,but also reflects the government's ability to govern the health industry,so it is necessary to conduct research on related issues in the health manufacturing industry.The government plays a unified planning and guiding role in the market,so it is of great practical significance to attract healthy manufacturing enterprises through good government governance in various regions.At present,there is a lack of empirical research on the health industry in domestic research.There are also differences in the path that affects the location selection of health manufacturing companies and other manufacturing companies.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the method of empirical analysis to study the location selection of health manufacturing enterprises in government governance.Since traditional econometric models cannot show the effect of conditional combinations,it is necessary to introduce the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method to refine the research on the path differences that affect the location choices of healthy manufacturing companies and other manufacturing companies.This paper firstly uses the Conditional Logit Model to study the impact of the sub-dimensions of government governance on the location selection of health manufacturing companies and explored the differences in the impact of sub-dimension variables on the location choices of health manufacturing companies and other manufacturing companies.Secondly,in order to study the overall impact of government governance on the location selection of health manufacturing companies,the Principal Component Analysis method is used and the Conditional Logit Model is used.It also analyzes the difference in the impact of the overall degree of government governance on the location choices of health manufacturing companies and other manufacturing companies.This paper further uses the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method to analyze the influence path of government governance affecting the location choice of health manufacturing enterprises and compared with the influence path of government governance affecting the location choice of other manufacturing enterprises.This paper introduces the element of government governance into Melitz's heterogeneity model for new expansion and derivation.This broadens the scope of application of theoretical models in the study of corporate location selection.Through the above methods,this article has discovered through research:Firstly,the number of regional universities and the number of health institutions per square kilometer in the environmental governance of government knowledge spillovers have a significant positive trend in the impact of the location selection of health manufacturing companies.Moreover,the number of universities in the region has a smaller impact on the location selection of health manufacturing companies than other manufacturing companies and the number of health institutions per square kilometer in a region has a greater impact on the location selection of health manufacturing companies than other manufacturing companies.This means that the government needs to create better conditions of market for the products of health manufacturing.Secondly,the government's commercial governance has a significant impact on the location selection of health manufacturing companies and the effect of government business governance on the location selection of healthy manufacturing companies is stronger than that on other manufacturing companies.Therefore,the government needs to pay more attention to the governance effects of business governance.Thirdly,the degree of government ecological environment governance has a positive impact on the location selection of health manufacturing companies.Moreover,there is a big difference between the effect of government ecological environmental governance on the location selection of healthy manufacturing companies and the effect of affecting the location selection of other manufacturing companies.When the government's ecological environment governance is stricter,the healthy manufacturing companies will be less affected than other manufacturing companies.Fourthly,the better the overall degree of government governance,the greater the probability that health manufacturing companies will consider the region when selecting locations.The overall degree of government governance has a more obvious impact on the location selection of health manufacturing companies than other manufacturing industries.That is to say,the better the comprehensive degree of government governance in a region,the greater the probability that health manufacturing companies choose to enter the region than other manufacturing companies and health manufacturing companies are less likely to choose this region than other manufacturing companies conversely.Finally,there are six main ways for government governance to influence the location selection of health manufacturing companies.Each regional government needs to choose according to its own different conditions.Compared with the condition combination that promotes the location selection degree of other manufacturing enterprises,the condition combination that government governance promotes the location selection degree of healthy manufacturing enterprises is more stringent in terms of influence path.This also further explains the reason why the agglomeration of the health manufacturing industry shows a downward trend when the agglomeration of other manufacturing industries increases.Based on the theoretical model,this paper studies the issue of government governance affecting the location selection of healthy manufacturing enterprises from the sub-dimension and overall perspective of government governance,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.This can not only fill up the lack of relevant domestic research,but also provide rich empirical evidence for the government to attract healthy manufacturing companies from the overall level and sub-dimensions of government governance.At the same time,this paper introduces the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method to make a more accurate and detailed analysis of the path combination of government governance affecting the location choice of healthy manufacturing enterprises.This enriches the analysis methods for studying the factors affecting the location selection of health manufacturing companies.
