| The implicit ideological and political education is relative to the explicit ideological and political education. The paper based on the active reflection theory that is the direct theoretical basis, borrowing ideas from tacit knowledge theory and implicit learning theory and unconscious theory. On this basis, people’s ideology and morality can be embodied in four basic elements, namely practice, perceptual knowledge, rational knowledge and irrational factors. The process of people’s ideology and morality is the process that, under the influence of the irrational factors, in accordance with the order of internalization from practice to perceptual knowledge, and then to rational understanding, and the order of externalization, continue the cycle, thus demonstrating from simple to complex, from lower to higher, from imperfect to perfect. Process of implicit ideological and political education is the process that the educator, start from the educated ideology and morality reality and according to a certain class or social requirements, organize social practice, provide perceptual knowledge and develop the irrational factors; and the process of formation and development of ideology and morality of the educated, under the influence of implicit ideology and politics educational activities mentioned above. The paper studied the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities from two perspectives——inside class and outside class. Inside class, the paper studied several effective carriers of implicit ideological and political education, namely teachers, curriculum that except the ideological and political theory courses, classroom, class management. Outside class, the paper studied several effective carriers of implicit ideological and political education, namely the social practice, campus culture, networking in campus, counseling and tutoring. |
