The stage of education practice is an important stage of the Physical Education for interns,which aims to find the balance between "learned knowledge " and"applicable knowledge","espoused theory" and the "the theory of use" in the meanwhile..For a variety of reasons,it is difficult for them to find the connection between what they’ve learned and what they use.A transformative gap exists between the two.This research focuses on approaches to promote the transformative process from PE-content knowledge(PE-CK)into PE-Pedagogical Content knowledge(PE-PCK)of Physical Education interns,which will be measured by the characterization of teaching of them through a combination of methods including literature reviews,interviews,classroom observation,Delphi method,video analysis,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc.The paper focuses on five contents:1)The combing and insight of the problem.Through literature analysis,firstly,it is clear that in the knowledge structure of physical education teachers,the core elements that affect their teaching ability are"practical knowledge",namely"Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)";Secondly,the core of knowledge transformation of a P.E.teacher consists of the following two steps Common Content Knowledge(CCK)of physical education is transformed into Specialized Content Knowledge(SCK)which can be applied to teaching,and then the latter into subject teaching which can be used in real pedagogical content knowledge(PCK);Finally,the paper discusses the knowledge transformation of PE interns based on the perspective of teaching representation.2)To establish the theoretical framework for the knowledge transformation of PE interns.Firstly,it analyzes the transfer theory of information science and knowledge(information),the teaching reasoning and knowledge transformation framework of Shulman,and the theory of teaching representation.Secondly,the theoretical analysis framework of knowledge transformation of PE interns is put forward,and the relationship between discipline knowledge,teaching knowledge,knowledge transformation,representation and teaching is clarified.Finally,a theoretical model of knowledge transformation based on teaching representation is proposed.3)To form the teaching view of PE interns knowledge transformation analysis tool.First of all,interviews,literature and qualitative analysis are used to form the preliminary index of the knowledge transformation analysis tool of sports intern in the perspective of teaching representativeness.Secondly,statistical analysis,reliability analysis and principal component factor analysis are used.Finally,five types,22 kinds and 88 index systems are established,and the definitions of these indicators are explained.4)Comparison of the difference between the teaching representation of the PE interns and the instructors.Three interns and three teachers are chosen from three practice schools of the same character,on whom a comparative study is conducted on three normal teaching of the same content,which is targeted to find the difference between the interns in the characterization of classroom teaching and teachers and summarize its regularity.5)Experimental intervention of improving knowledge transformation ability of PE interns.Three interns from the same internship schools were respectively selected as the experimental group and the controlled group,and the teaching content was conducted for 6 weeks with the volleyball ball as the teaching content.The three students in the experimental group were intervened in three parts:teaching imitation,teaching comprehension and classroom teaching.The forms of intervention mainly include:imitating classic teaching video,drawing Content Map(subject Content Map),learning volleyball Knowledge Packets(Teaching Knowledge package),drawing teaching characterization and mapping.Six weeks later,a comparative study was conducted with the controlled group that performed the traditional education practice.Through the above five studies,the following conclusions are drawn:1)PE interns simply do not have knowledge as well as enhance the knowledge of teaching directly,only with effective transformation between discipline knowledge and discipline teaching,is it likely to increase their knowledge of teaching,improve teaching ability;2)The carrier of PCK is a representation of the presentation of subject knowledge,and it is an effective means to promote the knowledge transformation of physical education teachers.3)The transformation process of PE interns to subject knowledge is a process of internal cognitive processing of subject knowledge,which is difficult to observe directly with extremely complex process and involvement of distinct personalities.It is through the study of the external teaching behavior representation of PE teachers,researchers can perceive their understanding,processing and practice of subject knowledge in turn.4)the core of knowledge transformation of the PE interns is the transformation from theoretical knowledge into discipline teaching knowledge,which involves a process of imitating,understanding,selecting,adaption and adjustment,and teaching representation is throughout the whole process of behavior;5)A bigger difference exists between PE interns and the expert teachers in the aspects of representation mode of teaching type number,choose ability,innovative ability,and it is necessary to find effective means of intervention in order to affect the way in its teaching and to raise the ability of knowledge transformation.6)The experiment shows that the teaching model is an effective material for teaching imitation.The intervention of Content Map(subject Content Map)and Knowledge Packets(subject Knowledge package)can effectively promote the in-depth understanding of PE interns on the subject Knowledge;It is helpful for interns to choose and reflect on the effective representation mode and to improve their overall level of knowledge transformation.7)PE-interns knowledge transformation shows a spiral upward tendency in the five aspects of sports teaching imitation,understanding,selection,process of teaching to adapt and adjustment.five,in which teaching representation is appropriate in its teaching,subject teaching knowledge is gradually increased,but the conversion process is not once and for all,and continuous development can be achieved with constant training;On the basis of the above conclusions,this study proposes to promote the knowledge transformation of PE interns through the two channels of "external training" and internalization development.1)External training:it is suggested that the training unit of normal colleges should adopt the "whole-process" teaching knowledge system to cultivate the"transformation ability" of the sports normal students;To promote the "deep understanding" of the subject knowledge through "deep learning";Through "case teaching" to strengthen the "clinical guidance" of the knowledge transformation of PE students;The"transformation wisdom" of fusion practice situation is established through "representation library";2)Internalization development:after entering the teaching practice,PE interns should continue to improve their knowledge transformation ability and to become both a practical researcher and reflective practitioner;establish a shared intelligence platform of teaching representation;to improve their teaching knowledge transformation ability continuously in theoretical guidance,practice and feedback,etc.,,so as to provide the basis for the training of sports normal students.
