Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities is of great strategic significance to the construction of a strong educational country,the development of higher education,the cultivation of outstanding talents and the professional growth of teachers themselves.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In a sense,the decision-making power of how to develop higher education in China and shape the soul of socialist builders and successors is in the hands of young teachers in universities.We should urgently strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities,strive to bring up good teachers who can be the major master of national rejuvenation.At present,compared with the study of "student's ideological and political work",the study of "teacher's ideological and political work" still has many weak links and problems that need to be further strengthened and solved.To a certain extent,they have increased the difficulties of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities.It can be said that standing at the historical node of the new era to carry out the research on the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities is a positive response to the Party and the state's comprehensive deepening reform of the construction of the universities teachers in the new era.It is also a reflection on the current situation of some young teachers' moral anomie in universities,and an academic exploration of expanding the research field of ideological and political work in universities.Around the research theme,this paper,based on the logical research of "why-what-how",responds directly and answers scientifically such questions as "do young college teachers need ideological and political work" and "who will do the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities".In order to provide wisdom and useful reference for the theoretical construction and practical exploration of the ideological and political work of young university teachers in the new era,it actively explores the theoretical overview,historical evolution,analysis of current situation,content composition and optimization strategies of the ideological and political work of young university teachers from the overall perspective.In addition to the introduction,conclusion and appendix,there are five chapters in total.Chapter One: Overview of the theory.The key point is placed on solving the problems of "what the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities is" and "why we need the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities".It includes four aspects: object analysis,theoretical interpretation,strategic significance and development trend.In the aspect of object analysis,The ideological characteristics and growing background of young teachers in colleges and universities are emphatically analyzed.In terms of theoretical interpretation,it takes the difference between the concept of "ideological and political work" and "ideological and political education" as the breakthrough point,focusing on describing the basic connotation of ideological and political work of young universities teachers in the new era.It puts forward the political orientation of "four services" of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities,the fundamental aim of meeting the people's good expectations and requirements for education,the basic task of cultivating good teachers for the national renaissance and the individual value of promoting the all-round development of young teachers in universities.It points out that young teachers in universities should know the principles of teaching,shape the soul of teachers,strive for the morality of teachers,carry the love of teachers,promote the skills of teachers and pay attention to the wisdom of teachers.In terms of strategic significance,it mainly analyses the important role of the "four concerns" in the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities.In terms of development trend,it is emphasized that the ideological and political work of young university teachers in the new era should highlight political attribute,educational attribute,people attribute and cultural attribute.Chapter Two: Historical Investigation.To enhance the courage and strength of ideological and political work of young universities teachers in the new era,we should put emphasis on reviewing the development process of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities,summing up historical experience,grasping working rules,absorbing practical wisdom and carrying forward good traditions.Taking the founding of New China,the beginning of reform and opening up and the convening of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as historical nodes,It divides the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities into three stages and focus on the objectives,contents,principles and practices of ideological and political work of young universities teachers in each historical stage,Besides,the basic experience of ideological and political work of young universities teachers in the 70 years has been systematically sorted out since the founding of the People's Republic of China: centering on the work of running schools and educating people,following the law that educators receive education first,solving unification of ideological problems and practical problems,guiding teachers to take the road of combining practice and combining workers and peasants,and adhering to the overall leadership of the Party Committee of universities.Chapter Three: Analysis of the current situation.It focuses on the achievements and problems of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities.By the means of literature review,case interviews and on-the-spot investigations,Scientific investigation of the ideological trends of young teachers in colleges and universities,it scientifically summarizes the remarkable achievements of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities,including basically forming the work pattern of unified leadership of Party committees in universities,continuously establishing and improving the relevant rules and regulations of ideological and political work,and gradually improving the environment for the growth and development of young teachers in universities.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are still practical problems of ideological and political work such as contradictions between the great concern of the Party and the state and the relatively weak support in universities,the contradictions between the "supply" of ideological and political work and the "demand" of young teachers,the contradictions between the profound changes of objective environment and the innovative development of ideological and political work,the contradictions between the diverse needs of individual development and the relatively simple method or educational content.It also re-examined and answered the question that "is the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities possible or not","how to correctly understand the ideological and political work of young universities teachers","what kind of ideological and political work of young universities teachers do we need" and other issues.Chapter Four: Content Composition.It mainly explains the main content of ideological and political work of young universities teachers in the new era,including four aspects: education of ideal and belief,orientation of running a school,improvement of ideological cognition and construction of teachers' morality and style.In the aspect of ideal and belief education,it is proposed that the foundation of ideal and belief of young universities teachers should be firmly established by "four explanations".As for the orientation of running a school,the "four perseverances" should be adopted to ensure the socialist orientation of young teachers in universities.In terms of ideological and cognitive improvement,we should enhance the ideological and cognitive level of young teachers in universities with the "Four Correct Views".In terms of the construction of teachers' morality,we should strengthen the construction of young teachers' morality in universities by "four unifications".Chapter five: Optimization Strategy.The key is to answer the questions of "who will do" and "how to do" the ideological and political work of young universities teachers in the new era.It includes three aspects: the following principles,work innovation and team construction.In terms of the following principles,it's necessary to combine political orientation with professional promotion,combine strict requirements with care,combine positive guidance with doubts and explanations,combine accountability and punishment with emphasizing encouragement,and combine education with self-cultivation.In the aspect of work innovation,we should focus on promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political work of young teachers in universities,and put more efforts on organizational education,curriculum education,scientific research education,practical education,cultural education,network education and service education.In terms of team construction,it puts forward to build an ideological and political team combining full-time with part-time of young universities teachers with ideological,political and educational skills,and make them be bosom companions,enthusiastic friends,and guides for young universities teachers.
