Theoretical And Applied Research On The Match Performance Analysis In Soccer

Focusing on the theme of "Science and Technology for Sports",how to utilize information technology to reflect soccer match performance objectively,and to conduct effective and reasonable analysis has become the hot fields of scientific research and practice in soccer.In traditional research,descriptive analysis of soccer match performance indicators has been conducted in isolation.It is impossible to effectively explore the key features of performance in modern soccer matches.Based on big data theory,complex system theory,contextual effect theory and sports performance analysis technology principles,the theory and application of soccer match performance analysis are discussed in depth.It aims to provide a basis and reference for the scientific development and practical application of soccer match performance analysis in China under the background of big data.This thesis uses research methods which include,literature review,match observation,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and test method.And also carried out multiple theories,including Magnitude-base Inference,Generalized Mixed Linear Models and Network Science Centrality analysis.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Soccer match performance analysis is an analysis activity that objectively records and investigates the sports performance behaviors of players and teams in the game.The core is the collection,processing and analysis of performance data and information in the competition.The theoretical system of soccer match performance analysis is mainly composed of soccer match big data theory,complex system theory,contextual effect and soccer match performance analysis technology.(2)In the application process of soccer match performance analysis,under the premise of ensuring the validity and reliability of the data source,the analysis of key performance characteristics should fully consider the contextual factors,and cannot conduct isolated analysis and interpretation;the long-term evolution of soccer match performance should be integrated and diverse long-term historical data,to deeply explore the application value of football game performance data;in the study of complex tactical behavior,we should get rid of the isolated analysis of individual technical-tactical behavior,and pay attention to the coupling vibration relationship within the complex system of soccer match.(3)Under the influence of different contextual factors,the performance of the Chinese Super League teams presents different performance characteristics.Considering the quality of the team,the changes in most indicators are relatively stable;compared with tier4,tier1 and tier2 have more stable performance in passing accuracy and offside indicators.Compared with the away game,the team performance at home is more stable.The possession in opponent half,passes,opponent penalty area entries,SDIP and HSD had high variability under the influence of match location.But the results of multivariate tests within 4 tiers of team performance between home and away show that the differences in variation were trivial.It's also showed that different performance characteristics under different results.The winning team still has a significantly higher offensive efficiency and duel won rate.In terms of physical aspect,the winning team has a significantly higher sprint distance,number of sprint,and highintensity distance when possession.(4)Under the influence of different contextual factors,the performance of the Chinese Super League teams has shown different evolutionary trends under the influence of multiple consecutive seasons.In terms of technical-tactical performance,the indicators of shooting and goals did not change significantly.There was a slight increase in personal ball control-related indicators.The pass success rate was increased.Besides,the contest for possession has become increasingly fierce,especially with the increase number of ground duels and tackles.There was an obvious decreasing trend in the numbers of fouls,but yellow cards has not decreased simultaneously.In terms of physical performance,the total distance,average running speed,and low-to-medium speed running indicators all have decreased in varying degrees.While the average distance of a single high-intensity run increased significantly,but the ability to repeatedly perform high-intensity activities has not been developed.Due to insufficient internal competition,the team's performance parameters in the one of those seasons have relatively significant abnormal fluctuations,which may be affected by noncompetitive athletic factors.(5)With the influence of different positions,research shows that there is a significant difference in SNA indicators between domestic and foreign players in Chinese Super League.The foreign midfielders play an important role in the passing network.While in the forward position,the difference between them is mainly in the PI indicator.In the defender position,the degree of SNA indicators between domestic and foreign players tend to be similar,but the domestic players have a higher level of IDC.
