Objective: The present study examined 1)the effects of 32 weeks of soccer training on motor ability and cardiac structure and function in children 2)and monitor the change of children's soccer match performance pattern.Methods: The 40 boys from football training club were included as the experimental group(EG),and 30 boys have not regular sports participate were included as the control group(CG).Experimental group completed 120 minutes training per week for32 weeks.Before and after the training period,children's motor ability,cardiac structure and function,and soccer match performance pattern were collected.After 32 weeks,31 boys(age:6~9years,mean ± SEM: 7.13±0.14 years)in EG and 29 boys(age:7~8years,mean ± SEM: 7.38±0.06 years)in CG completed all tests.and the result of the data is analyzing by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1)In the EG significantly enhance the level of physical fitness,standing broad jump from 1.33±0.03 m up to 1.41±0.02m(t=-5.753,P<0.01),Illinois test finish time from 21.91±0.29 s decline to 20.56±0.30s(t=5.047,P<0.01),Yo-Yo intermittent recovery level 1 children's test(YYIR1C)from 376±45.56 m up to759.74±47.97m(t=-11.81,P<0.01).Which YYIR1 C increase from 286.90±21.21 m to432.55±22.66m(t=-7.82,P<0.01),and not change in standing broad jump and Illinois test in CG.Soccer skill test perform significantly enhance in EG(P<0.05)but not observe in CG 2)Interventricular septum diastolic thickness was increasd in EG(from 0.76±0.02 cm to 0.79±0.02 cm,t=-2.58,P<0.05),but not observe in CG.No change were observed in cardiac function both EG and CG 3)In soccer match after32 weeks,EG completed more total distance(from 1432.28±49.17 m to1556.44±40.56 m,t=-2.36,P<0.05),jogging(from 785.59±23.74 m to 951.01±23.34 m,t=-6.34,P<0.01),high-intensity running(from 81.61±12.22 m to 138.95±13.28,t=-9.77,P<0.01)and very high-intensity distance(from 2.27±0.85 m to 4.82±1.66,t=-2.26,P<0.05)than baseline,and significantly group interaction(P<0.05)between EG and CG.No change found moderate-intensity running distance,max speed and number of acceleration changes both EG and CG.Mean heart rate(HR)was decreased over 32 weeks from 176.71±2.07 bpm to 170.25±1.75bpm(t=2.54,P<0.05)in EG,and time spent in low(0~70%HRmax)HR was increased and time spent in high(90~100%HRmax)HR was decreased(P<0.05).In CG time spent in70~80%HRmax was increased from 15.04±2.76% to 21.29±2.62%(t=-2.23,P<0.05)Conclusions: 32 weeks of football training can effectively improve the motor ability and interventricular septum diastolic thickness for children.After training children in the soccer match can be completed more running distance,and the low-intensity running and high-intensity running and very high-intensity running distance increased significantly.The mean heart rate and pay less in the match,low heart rate time duration increased,which high heart rate time duration reduced.
