It is more and more important to monitor the load index data of players in real time in modern football to improve the athletic level scientifically. The GPSPORTS movement monitoring system collects the athletes' various running data, running track, heart rate and other indexes through the base station to the terminal, and obtains the corresponding information through artificial and intelligent double analysis, can provide the individual, the collective data which needs for the coach.Collecting the athletes' external load and internal load and quantifying the relationship between them can help the coaches to understand the athletes' fatigue degree, and also can make corresponding adjustment and control to the specific training content. The purpose of this paper is to monitor and control the internal and external competition load of the U18 team of Chinese women football team, and at the same time, mainly use the research methods such as test method, mathematical statistics method, through monitoring the running distance, running speed, repeated high-intensity running, the correlation between internal load and external load is analyzed in order to provide a practical and scientific theoretical basis for the women's football team. The results show that:(1)the running distance from different positions of U18 women's soccer team is the forward & GT;the Winger & GT;the Midfield & GT;the full-back & Gt;the center-back,the running distance of different players in the same position is different according to the type of position and duty,RUNNING DISTANCE:Defensive Midfielder & GT;offensive midfielder(2)the average total sprint times of the 13 U18 women's soccer players were 17.9±6.8 times and 5.5±2.5 times respectively(3)there is a positive correlation between the Times of collision and the Times of sprint among the players in different positions;U18 women's football match load intensity mainly concentrated in the maximum heart rate more than 70% of the interval.(4)the correlation between the external load index and the TRIMP value of seven athletes was statistically analyzed: The TRIMP value was highly correlated with the impact load, impact load and metabolic power run((R=0.795,R=0.862,P<0.05;R=0.981,P<0.01),there was a low correlation with sprint,high-intensityrunning,and maximum acceleration and deceleration, but no significant correlation was found.(5)the maximum heart rate in the first half was 6.3 times / Min higher in the first half than in the second half for the five players who completed the whole game, average heart rate in the first half was 8 beats per minute lower than in the second. The maximum heart rate of five players was p=0.52>0.05,the mean heart rate was p=0.48>0.05 after t test. There is no significant difference between the top heart rate and the average heart rate of U18 female football players(6)there is significant difference between the maximum exercise intensity and the average exercise intensity in different positions. There were significant differences in energy consumption among different positions, and the relative energy consumption of midfielders, especially defensive midfielders, was the greatest;the running ratio of 7female U18 players in the first and second half was 1.17 ± 0.05,high intensity running in the first half was lower than that in the second half, and the low intensity acceleration and deceleration in the game consumed more energy.
