Purposes:As one of the traditional advantageous events of the track and field in China,the excellent results of women's javelin are closely related to the training quality of young athletes.The key to improve the training quality of young athletes lies in the comprehensive development of physical quality and the mastery of reasonable and standard special techniques.Research the technical movements index of Chinese elite women javelin athletes aged 14-17 and strive to establish the technical movement index system and evaluation standard of Chinese women javelin athletes aged 14-17.To provide theoretical basis for improving the rationality and standardization of javelin throwing technical movements of Chinese female javelin throwers aged 14-17 years.Methods:To research the technical movements index of Chinese women javelin athletes aged 14-17 by means of literature,interviews,Delphi method,video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Results:According to the principle of javelin throwing technique,it is determined that throwing step stage,transition stage and final exertion stage are the main stages of javelin throwing process.The kinematic indexes which can reflect the technical movements of the three stages are selected by the primary selection,secondary selection and optimization of the technical movements indexes and the index system is constructed.In order to verify the rationality and validity of the index system,the kinematic characteristics of technical movements indexes are analyzed On this basis,the evaluation standard of athlete's technical movements index system is established,quantify the index system,and improve the objectivity and accuracy of the index system.Conclusions:(1)According to the principle of javelin throwing technique and the construction theory of the 14-17-year-old female javelin thrower technical index system.The technical movements index were selected optimally.On this basis,the technical movements index system of female javelin throwers aged 14-17 are constructed.It includes 3 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators.(2)The technical movements of the throwing step stage,transition stage and final exertion stage are important for the javelin throw achievement.The technique of three stages were defined as the first-level indicators of technique movement index system of 14-17-year-old female athletes.The velocity and speed rhythm of the gravity center are the pivotal technical movements indexes of the throwing step stage The velocity and speed rhythm of the gravity center,leg speed and body posture angle are the pivotal technical movements indexes of the transition stage.The velocity of the gravity center and throwing arm joint,body posture angle and joint angle of left lower limb are the pivotal technical movements indexes of the final exertion stage.In this way,the second-level indicators of technique movement index system of 14-17-year-old female athletes were determined(3)The kinematics characteristics of technical movements of Chinese female javelin throwers aged 14-15 and 16-17 were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative analysis.It is verified that the technical movements indexes are selected are of great significance to high-quality completement of throwing technique and good achievement of javelin throw.The technical movements index system can guide and evaluate athletes' technical movements reasonably and effectively.(4)Crossover length,center of gravity speed maintenance and utilization ability,angle of the trunk inclination,support effect of the left leg at finally forcibly of athletes in the 42-48m level of 14-15 years are weaker than those of athletes above 48m level.Athletes in the 42-46.5m level of 16-17 years:the height of center of gravity fluctuates greatly in throwing step stage,center of gravity speed utilization ability at finally forcibly will need to improve.The last step of the two groups of athletes is larger,and the center of gravity speed decreases obviously during the throwing step stage.(5)On the basis of constructing the index system of technical movements and analyzing its kinematic characteristics.The evaluation criteria of individual technical movements indexes and comprehensive evaluation criteria of complete technical movements of aged 14-15 and 16-17 are established.(6)To check the index system and evaluation standard of athletes' technical movements.There are significant differences between different level groups of two age groups in the technique of the throwing step stage,transition stage,final exertion stage and the score of complete technique through the test.On the whole,the scores of high-level athletes are better than those of ordinary athletes.It verifies the reliability of the evaluation standard of athletes' technical movements to the evaluation of athletes' technical movements.
