The epoch is not only the distinctive feature of Marxism,but also the basic follow-up of the Marxist education of college students.Based on the background of college students' Marxist education,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the era of college students--social networking,and uses the concept of "network society" to describe the overall characteristics of the network age and its impact on college students' thoughts and behaviors.Facing the reality that the effect of traditional Marxist education on college students is weakening,and then thinking and focusing on the strain of college students' Marxist education under the crisis.The network society has changed the learning and living environment of college students.College students have more diverse ways and more autonomy.Affected by this,college students have more distinct personality,more broad vision,more diversified pursuits,more independent choices,more pragmatic behaviors,and higher expectations for Marxist education,which is forcing the transformation and upgrading of Marxist education.The traditional subject-object relationship hypothesis and the hierarchical,structured,abstract,and closed institutional mechanisms inherent in the traditional Marxist education model are becoming the burdens that affect the practical effects of the Marxist education of college students.The network society has changed the learning and living environment of college students.College students have more diverse ways and more autonomy.Affected by this,college students have more distinct personality,more broad vision,more diversified pursuits,more independent choices,more pragmatic behaviors,and higher expectations for Marxist education,which is forcing the transformation and upgrading of Marxist education.The traditional subject-object relationship and the bureaucratized,abstract,and closed institutional mechanisms inherent in the traditional Marxist education model are becoming the burdens that affect the practical effects of the Marxist education of college students.Based on the objective reality of the network society and its impact on the traditional Marxist education work,this article consolidates the problem consciousness into "how to improve the college students' Marxist education." Focusing on this issue,this paper deeply analyzes the limitations of traditional Marxist education work,uses intersubjective education theory to study how to pass the cognition,emotion,will and action between subjects(teachers and students).Physical and mental interactions such as behaviors and behaviors realize the self-conscious recognition of Marxist beliefs and the initiative of young Marxists.On the basis of literature review,this paper takes the practice of "Training Project for Youth Marxist" at the provincial level of Hubei Province in 2014-2019 as a research case,and conducts empirical research and comparative research to comprehensively analyze its implementation background,training mode,system and mechanism,and guarantee.The conditions and the educational ecosystem formed by the linkage of provincial and university schools summarize the educational effects and evolutionary motives,reveal the direction and trend of college students'Marxist education innovation under the background of network society,and provide reference for further promoting the education innovation of college students' Marxism.The study finds that to form a Marxist education system that is compatible with the network society,it is not only necessary for educators to adhere to the concept of intersubjective education,to follow the law of "the cognition,emotion,will and action",but also to change the institutional mechanism of Marxist education.The education work in the network society should break the traditional fragmentation patterns,break the boundary of the department.use systemic thinking to establish an ecosystem that is conducive to the education of Marxism of college students;stimulate the work of the cross-level multi-sector,tap the joint efforts of educators,replace the mechanical division of labor with organic cooperation,replace the pressure drive with value drive;use open thinking to adjust the relationship between internal and external factors in a timely manner.continuously maintain the vitality of education innovation,and improve the environmental adaptability and work sensitivity of education work.Use flat thinking,take the form of work sinking to shorten the distance between education subjects(resources)and education recipients,enhancing the interaction of educational process.The innovations of this article are as follow:1.This paper studies the innovation of college students' Marxist education from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,and has the innovation from the research perspective.To study the Marxist education of college students,it is necessary to study not only the specific educational methods and processes,but also the institutional mechanisms behind the education work.Therefore,college students' Marxist education innovation can not only be an innovation in educational methods,but also should be a holistic innovation including education-related institutional mechanisms.The"Training Project for Youth Marxist" education practice being carried out in Hubei Province is a typical representative of the innovation of both macro-system mechanism and micro-education mode.2.This paper has put forward innovative ideas to stimulate the educational subjectivity of provincial-level local governments,and have new suggestions for solving problems.The main body of Marxist education for college students includes not only the instructors and related workers,but also various organizations related to education,such as government departments at all levels and universities.In reality,organizational subjects at all levels(governments and universities)are often at the decision-making level and leadership level of education,and the excavation of their innovative role is more conservative,while various individual subjects(teachers and related workers)are at the executive layer of education work,and the excavation of their innovative role is more radical.Therefore,the focus on the education innovation of college students' Marxism is mainly focused on the individual subject level.In order to promote the innovation of Marxist education for college students,it is necessary to coordinate the enthusiasm of both the organizational and individual categories,and to stimulate the innovation initiative of provincial-level local governments.
