Our socialist construction cause needs the higher education to train qualified builders and successors, so, in order to succeed in the cause of the socialist construction, the country more prosperous, the society more stable, the people a happier life, the great cause of national rejuvenation achieved, we must meet the national needs of the scientific faith education, that is, Marxist faith education, and through the implementation of the Marxist training project (referred to as "Qing Ma project"), we need to traina number of staunch Marxists."Qing Ma Project"refers to the educators teach the theory of Marxism to the educated who, through their existing level of knowledge, consciously internalize the needs of the individual, and form the firm unwavering faith to Marxism. Therefore, when selecting trainees, we need follow the phase-out principle, and build the ecological environment mechanism and scientific management mechanism to select outstanding students in schools to participate in the training project. In the regard of the arrangement of training content, it is essential to highlight the characteristics of the contemporary university culture, pay attention to the combination of Chinese traditional culture, reflect contemporary management culture, and promote quality development of the contemporary youth of college students. On the implementation means, we should focus on the reality of educational content, the diversity of educational methods, the true interpretation of the faith of Marxism, and the ability to use the theory of Marxism in practice.
