The lifestyle of modern society makes chronic diseases aging, and the importance of establishing a physically active lifestyle early in life is becoming increasingly prominent. But the family's health and education functions for the next generation are facing the impact of social multi-dimensional,multi-dimensional,and different factors under the urbanization process triggered by China's social changes. In this case, the active and stable young children's physically active lifestyle gradually attracted social attention. However, most of the current researches focus on children's physical activities, physical fitness, and physical fitness in the kindergarten context, and there is a lack of research on the family, the core element that affects children's physical activity patterns. Therefore, this research is based on the perspective of family sociology, first of all,the concept of young children's physically active lifestyle was defined through a review of the literature, and then a questionnaire on young children's physically active lifestyle and family influence factors was revised and compiled.A non-probability sampling method was used to survey 2409 children's parents in urban families in order to understand the development status, characteristics and the impact of family structure and function; Then,by analyzing the structural role of family sociological variables in young children's physically active lifestyle in the family theory model,in order to reveal the possible micro-family mechanism.According to the gradual progress of the study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Young children's physically active lifestyle from the perspective of family sociology is that in order to meet the needs of 3-6 years old children's healthy growth and comprehensive education,in the daily life outside the kindergarten and under the guidance of parental values,to shape the total number of children's physical activity behavior patterns by developping young children's physical activity habits and supplement it with a certain amount of sports consumption.(2)The overall average level of the physically active lifestyle of urban children in China is good.It can be divided into three types: non-habitual,mass-customized and structured according to the development of physical activity habits and the scale of sports consumption. The difference in children's physically active lifestyle is as follows:families with only children, parents with high socio-economic status and support from generation to generation have a relatively good level of development of their children's physically active lifestyle, while gender and regional differences are not obvious.(3)The three-dimensional influence of urban family structure-function on the young children's physically active lifestyle can be summarized as: in the context of the urbanization process triggered by the social changes in China, the small family structure with only children is more conducive to the formation of a structured, advanced form of young children's physically active lifestyle;the rural-urban population flow is obviously not conducive to the development of young children's physically active lifestyle; At this time,if the family has partial intergenerational support,it can play a role in safeguarding the young children's habitual physically active lifestyle, which can to some extent resist the negative impact of parent and mother migrant workers on the health of children; In addition,in China's current family culture and parent role play, men play a significantly greater role in promoting young children's physically active lifestyle than women.(4)Family social capital and work-family conflict play a part of the mediating effect in the relationship between family physical activity environment positively affecting young children's physically active lifestyle(the former is positive and the latter is negative);Parents' socio-economic status negatively regulates the first half of the intermediary path of "family physical activity environment--family social capital pair—young children's physically active lifestyle".(5)The family theory model fits well, the model has the characteristics of antagonism of positive and negative effects, the diversity of effect transmission methods, and the core of the family social capital effect;Family social capital,work-family conflict, and family physical activity environment interact and pass through three exogenous paths, forming a structural impact on young children's physically active lifestyle, revealing the micro-family mechanism of urban children physically active lifestyle, namely: In the context of the urbanization process triggered by social changes in our country, the majority of families take the role of their social capital as the core, combine the direct effects of the family physical activity environment, and jointly resist the hidden negative impact of external social risks(work-family conflict)on members' health. For this, the countermeasures of the management department, preschool education institution or public service institution can include three aspects: improve young children's physical activity policy, fully activate the family effects of young children's public physical activity services, and build a community-kindergarten-family collaborative education model to develop young children's physically active lifestyle.
