Objective:Systematic analysis and screening of family environment influencing factors of physical activities of children and adolescents in China,and based on 7-17 year old children and adolescents in 6 cities in China's three major regions(Beijing-TianjinHebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta),physical activity levels and families Environmental level survey to understand the physical activity of children and adolescents in China,the status quo of the family environment and explore the relationship between the them.Method:In this study,a total of 12815 students and their main dependants in elementary,middle and high schools in six cities including Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou were investigated.The literature data method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the physical activity-family environment index system for children and adolescents in China,and questionnaires were prepared.Then the questionnaire survey method was used to obtain data and mathematical analysis of the data.Results:(1)The MVPA time of children and adolescents was 51.83 min/d,of which FMVPA was 6.52 min/d.From the analysis of MVPA levels of children and adolescents in different genders,school sections and regions,male students were higher than female students,junior high school was higher than primary school,and primary school was higher than high school.In the suburbs,there were significant differences.(2)The overall score of the family environment is 58.81,the physical environment of the secondary indicator family is 45.21,and the family social environment is 61.99.From the analysis of the overall scores of the family environment of different genders,school sections,urban and rural children and adolescents,male students are better than female students,primary schools are better than junior high schools,junior high schools are better than high schools,and cities are better than suburbs,and there are significant differences.(3)Family physical environment and family social environment for children and adolescents MVPA and F-MVPA have a significant effect.In terms of family physical environment,family physical activity facilities and family physical activity space had significant effects on MVPA in children and adolescents.Based on the analysis of different genders,semester and region,family physical activity facilities and equipment for boys,different semester,different regions had significant effects on MVPA in children and adolescents.In addition,the family physical activity space had a significant effect on girls' MVPA.(4)Family social environment,family rate,family emotional support and family logistical support for overall children and adolescents MVPA Has a significant impact.Based on the analysis of different genders,semester and region,the influence factors of family social environment on boys' MVPA are consistent with the overall children and adolescents.Family model and family logistical support for girls,junior high school students and urban children and adolescents MVPA has a significant effect.Family rate and family logistical support for primary school students,high school students and suburban children and adolescents MVPA has a significant effect.Conclusion:(1)Children and adolescents have low levels of physical activity and a small proportion of family physical activity.The family environment score is relatively low,and the family physical environment is not particularly serious.(2)Both the family physical environment and the family social environment have important influences on MVPA and F-MVPA in children and adolescents.(3)In terms of the family physical environment,family physical activity facilities and family physical activity space are important factors influencing the physical activities of children and adolescents.In addition,the family physical activity equipment is more conducive to the improvement of physical activity level of boys,children and children in different school sections and different areas,while the family physical activity space is more important for the promotion of girls' physical activity level.(4)In terms of family social environment,family model,family emotional support and family logistical support are important factors influencing children's and adolescents' physical activities.In addition,the family social environment has great differences in the factors affecting the physical activities of children and adolescents of different genders,school sections and regions.Corresponding measures should be taken when intervening.
