Research On Precision Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Group Classification

Education is the cause of establishing morality and cultivating people,and is a major plan of the country and the party.At the National Education Conference,Xi Jinping emphasized the need to solve the problem of "who to train,how to train,and for whom to train",and the need to make efforts to promote the modernization of education,to build a strong education country,and to run education that satisfies people.The group of college students in the new era is a special social group.They shoulder the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and they are the main force in the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Their ideological and political qualities,skills,abilities,and responsibilities directly affect the success or failure of the party and the country's cause.The party and the state also need a broader stage for the ideological and political education of college students to play a more powerful role.Therefore,strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students in the new era,innovating the methods,enhancing the precision,and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness are both the awakening of awareness of problems in the field of ideological and political education.It is also the contemporary responsibility of colleges and universities to cultivate newcomers in the era of comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor.The problem is the motto of the times,and the times are the "background color"of research.The ideological and political education of college students in the new era has its special contradictions and circumstances.It is faced with new development opportunities as well as new challenges and difficulties.According to the questionnaire survey and research results of the Philosophy and Social Science Development Report of the Ministry of Education----The Development Report of Ideological and Political Education of Chinese College Students(2014 to 2019),it shows that the current Chinese college students' ideas are positive and motivated,but there is still much room for improvement in satisfaction of the ideological and political education.The main channel of current ideological and political theory teaching and the main position of daily ideological and political education are effectively brought into play.However,the pertinence and effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education are not strong yet,especially for the requirements of cultivating newcomers of this era.Under such a specific background,this article attempts to study the precision of ideological and political education of college students in the new era from the perspective of group classification,in order to make useful theoretical exploration.Based on the ideological and political reality of college students in the new era,as well as the work status,this article focuses on the perspective of group classification,discussing the precision of ideological and political education of college students in the new era from four aspects.Firstly,it studies the necessity of group classification,which is,through the method and perspective of group classification,examines the necessity,importance and feasibility of precision ideological and political education in the new era.Among the many factors that affect the precision of ideological and political education,there is a very important one:under the background of the new era,college students'thinking has increasingly shown the characteristics of diversified development.The college students are constantly divided into many sub-groups due to their ideological acceptance,family economic conditions,national identity characteristics,and differences in value concepts.There are obvious differences in ideological understanding,value orientation,and behavior characteristics among different student groups.This group difference has not received enough attention,and the students are not given precise guidance and education in accordance with their aptitude.From the perspective of group classification,the ideological and political education of college students in the new era needs to make a transition from "flooding irrigation" to"dripping irrigation",to achieve the effective conversion from the subjective form of thought to the realistic form,to pay more attention to solve students' real problems,and to fulfill the pursuit of comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor.It is also feasible to carry out ideological and political education from the perspective of group classification.The philosophical solution to the "subject and object problem" of ideological and political education has nurtured the realistic soil for group classification.The internal differentiation of college student groups has laid the structural framework for group classification.The modern technology of "big data" provides method tools for group classification.Secondly,this article studies the principles and standards of group classification.Group classification must adhere to the basic principles of accuracy,system,hierarchy,and comparison.The precision principle focuses on the particularity of the group and the pertinence of education.The systematic principle insists on the structure of the group and the relevance of the elements.The hierarchy principle adheres to the broadness of the group and the guiding of the direction.The comparison principle sticks to the group differences and the unity of standards.Group classification mainly includes vertical classification standards and horizontal classification standards.The vertical classification standards are based on the ideological attention and stage characteristics of students of different grades,and the horizontal classification standards are based on the perplexities and different values of different groups.According to this,the group of college students can be divided into different sub-groups.It is also necessary to deal with the relationship between the continuity and phase of thinking,the relationship between the universality and particularity of characteristics,and the relationship between independence and intersection of classification,so as to promote more scientific and precise classification of college students.Thirdly,this article focuses on the precision of ideological and political education of college students in the new era from the perspective of group classification.It expands the discussion from three aspects:the precise classification of ideological and political education objects for college students in the new era,the precise selection of ideological and political education content for college students in the new era,and the precise selection of ideological and political education paths for college students in the new era.From the perspective of group classification,the objects of ideological and political education for college students in the new era can be divided into ordinary student groups and special student groups.Based on the research needs of the precision of college students' ideological and political education,this article regards special student groups as the key objects in the new era.It summarizes six main special sub-groups and their characteristics as analysis samples.They are freshmen,graduates,minority students,student cadres,students with financial difficulties,and students with physical and mental problems.Under the background of the new era,the content of college students' ideological and political education should not only deepen the universal content of ideals and beliefs,patriotism,ethics,and comprehensive development,but also choose precise and applicable content for the main special student groups.The path of college students'ideological and political education should not only expand the universal carriers and paths such as "three holistic education",but also select the precise and applicable carriers and paths for the main special student groups.Finally,the article studies the evaluation and feedback of the precision of college students' ideological and political education in the new era.Evaluating the accuracy is a necessary link in the ideological and political education cycle mechanism in the new era.It follows the law of cognition from practice to cognition,to re-practice,and to a deeper understanding.It is an evaluation of group classification method,object division,ideological and political education content,carrier,and path-selection.On the basis of evaluation results,ideological and political educators can conduct a more effective and timely ideological feedback adjustments.This can provide a more precise basis for a continued development,and finally achieve a virtuous circle of ideological and political education from the perspective of group classification.
