Research On Classified Guidance For College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

With the development of socialist market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s economic and social life has undergone profound changes.Therefore the components of social economy,modes of organization, forms of employment, ways of distribution and relationship of interests are becoming more and more diversified,which will inevitably result in a diversification formed in college students’minds,therefore leaving a great impact on the campus mainstream ideology and the students’own values. At the same time, along with the deepening of the socialization reform of rear service in Chinese universities and the implementing of complete credit system,the boundaries of grade and class as basic units and a dorm as a unit blurred, the concept of a class gradually faded out.Instead the dormitory is becoming a place where more and more students prefer to live and learn, important place where student live and learn.That is to say, in a circumstance of the current higher education which carries the duty of both general education and elite education and the faculty on ideological and political education is far less to guide a student one on one, the changes in social environment, the deepening the reform of colleges and the implementation of the credit system,those are the new chanllenges to the ideological and political education to college students.The article is based on the reality of current social change period and the needs of socialist modernization,taking Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents as the guiding ideology, accordanced with the scientific outlook on development, using some ideological and political education related theories and principles.It makes a deep research in classification guidance of ideological and political education to college students and dives deep into the meaning of how to teach students in accordance of their aptitude and classification guidance on the basis of summing up and taking the Chinese Communist Party’s experience of ideological and political education as example.Thus,it is based on teaching students in accordance of their aptitude as a reinforcement of the ideological and political education to college students’ pertinence and effectiveness,and manages to establish a assessment program of ideological and political education to college students,which uses classification guidance as a useful tool to improve the ideological and political education to college students nowadays.This paper not only gives a accurate definition of classification guidance, which is grasping the laws of things accurately and guiding the development direction correctly, but also grasps the key part of classification guidance correctly,namely the rationality of classification and the scientificity of guidance.What’s more,this article analyses the difficult parts of classification guidance in a penetrating way,which is the unifying of the students’vision and the goal of college students’ideological and political education and finds out a way to achieve classification guiding which is to pay attention to the individual,give guidance to particular group, students of different ages in the college academic plans, and give individual service in a personal way,put ideological and political education into each education carrier, structure a three-dimensional education network that is dedicate and not messy,wide and not random,random with dedicacy,explore the classification guidance system of evaluation, tries to structure the evaluation mechanism, effect evaluation mechanism and information feedback mechanism of classification guidance process, strengthen the supervision of risk assessment system and guarantee the scientificity and orderliness of the classification guidance.
