Study On The Application Of Group Work In Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

With the development of our national economy and higher education of deepening reform movement, the college students’ ideological and political education presents a new look. In the continuous summary course oneself development experience at the same time, college students’ ideological and political education actively reference other subjects the methods and ideas, and have achieved some results. The group work and college students’ideological and political education procedure that agrees, there are many similarities, such as consistent aim, content such as cross, and team work principle and the key to the college students’ ideological and political education caused extensive concern of the workers. This paper will work team in college students’ ideological and political education lies in the necessity and feasibility of using and application of practical analysis, deficiencies and using the method of this problem in a deep study.First, in this paper, the group work in college students’ ideological and political education work using the necessity and feasibility of focuses on. The author thinks that, team work in college students’ education of usage, not only can effectively deal with changing college students’ ideological and political education environment, encrease the effectiveness of ideological and political education, for college students’ ideological and political work method for improvement and innovation, so as to improve the college students’ ideological and political education of professional level. And the two are are many, ideological and political education of college students on the strengthening of the team and mature, students’ community organization for the development of such group work in the college students’moral education of the use of provide premise. Secondly, in the work of group in the ideological and political education in the practice of using analysis at the same time, the author combines interviews and survey data, this paper analyzes the work team in college students’ideological and political education by the existing problems. Finally, this paper summarizes the work team in college students’ ideological and political education of the idea of using and process and mode, basic skills, expect to work with the group process each link, to enrich the content of the college students’ moral education, and can bring forth new ideas for ideological and political education methods,and improve college students’ moral education process of the weak link.
