On The Cultivation Of College Students' Labor Outlook In The New Era

College students are the future and hope of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,college students need hard work,honest work and creative work.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "if young people prosper,the country prospers,and if young people are strong,the country will be strong.If the young generation has ideals,skills and responsibilities,the country will have a future and the nation will have hope." Whether college students' labor concept is correct or not directly determines college students' attitude towards learning,life and work,affects college students' labor practice,and then affects the whole socialist modernization.Educating and guiding college students to establish the concept of labor in the new era is not only conducive to the free and all-round development of college students,but also conducive to college students to shoulder the mission of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of College Students' concept of labor is not only the need of Ideological and political education,but also the inevitable requirement of building a socialist modern power and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students' labor concept and improve the scientific level of the cultivation of College Students' labor concept,this paper takes the new era as the background,takes the problems existing in college students' labor concept as the guidance,pays attention to the combination of theory and practice,carries out research,and focuses on responding to the practical problems of the cultivation of contemporary college students' labor concept.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,the author defines the related concepts of the cultivation of College Students' labor outlook.This part,based on the interpretation of the concept of labor,labor,new era labor and college students' Outlook on labor,focuses on the significance of the era of the cultivation of the concept of labor,that is,it is conducive to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the cultivation of new people in the era of national rejuvenation,and the formation of the concept of struggle and happiness.Second,the theoretical basis and ideological source of the cultivation of labor concept of college students in the new era are deeply explored.This part combs the labor thought of the classic Marxist writers,including the historical role of labor for human and human society,and the theoretical basis of the cultivation of labor view based on the combination of education and productive labor;This paper expounds the labor thoughts in the theoretical achievements of Sinicization of Marxism,including the is constantly striving for self-improvement",and the dedication quality of "working long and hard".Thirdly,it combs the development process of the cultivation of College Students' labor concept since the founding of new China,and summarizes the basic experience of the cultivation of College Students' labor concept.Since the founding of new China,the cultivation of College Students' concept of labor has experienced three historical periods:the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era.Historical experience shows that the cultivation of College Students' labor outlook must fully grasp the Marxist thought of combining education with productive labor,pay attention to cultivating students' good
