Research On College Students' Labor Outlook And Guiding Strategies In The New Era

Labor is the most essential practical activity for the survival and development of human society.It is also the source for college students to realize their dreams,pursue a happy life and create wealth.Labor view is the embodiment of college students' basic view and attitude towards labor,which directly determines their life goal,employment direction and value choice.Along with the development of social economy and science and technology,society,school and family education on college students' view of labor education gradually,make some college students view of labor problems,there are students pursue self-interest,hedonism,money worship,weak labor concept,look down on manual labor,not for manual workers,ignore error labor view of the spirit of hard struggle.Into the new era,labor education into the university education system.General secretary xi has repeatedly put forward the goal of all-round development of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor",hoping to "form a higher level of talent training system." In order to make the youth become the socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor",the orientation of young college students' labor values and their cognition of labor affect the development direction of the whole social labor concept to a certain extent.It is of practical significance to study the situation and guiding strategies of college students' labor view in the new era to cultivate their labor feelings,establish their labor confidence,create an atmosphere of labor glory,nobility and greatness,and construct a correct labor education implementation system guided by labor values for the overall development of college students.This paper takes the basic theory of Marxist labor view as the theoretical basis,USES the method of literature research and questionnaire survey to carry out the research,in addition to the conclusion,the paper is divided into four parts.The first part includes the purpose of topic selection;The theoretical and practical significance of the topic;Research status at home and abroad;The research idea of the thesis;Research methods;Key points and innovations;Through combing the literature related to college students' labor view,this paper summarizes the theories related to college students' labor view.The second part mainly introduces the situation of college students' labor view in the new era.Through the design and distribution of questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current labor concepts of college students in eleven colleges and universities,finds out the positive aspects of college students' labor concepts,and affirms the achievements made by the colleges and universities.According to the analysis of questionnaire data,it can be seen that there are problems in college students' labor outlook,such as: identification with negative labor culture,individual-oriented philosophy and labor value orientation,utilitarian,poor work habits,lack of labor education,and lack of respect for manual workers.The third part is based on the survey results from the edification of pluralistic social values;The weakening of labor view education in colleges and universities;The family labor view education is biased;To find out the causes of college students' labor view from four dimensions of lack of labor consciousness of educates;The fourth part of the text combines with the empirical research to grasp the situation of college students' labor view,and puts forward the guidance and education of college students' labor view in the new era.
