The near field mobile payment standard faces the dispute between NFC standard and RCC standard.RCC standard was launched by the Ministry of industry and information technology of China in 2015.However,the newly introduced wireless communication interface will affect the security of the original closed SIM card system.At the same time,RCC has also developed the fields of electronic identity authentication,security u-shield,tax system,central bank digital currency(DCEP),etc.these industry applications bring security problems of multi-application and multi-security domain to RCC.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to study the corresponding hardware security solutions for RCC.This paper presents a secure,stable and reliable low frequency communication circuit,a digital true random number generator,and a lightweight SRAM PUF for RCC security.The above research has guiding significance for the safety hardware design of RCC.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper realizes a safe,stable and reliable low frequency communication receiving circuit.In this paper,we discuss the antenna matching circuit,reduce the signal loss in the voltage conditioning circuit,and use digital circuit to detect the threshold intensity of magnetic field.The above research has three practical significance.Firstly,it proves the vitality of RCC standard.Through the transformation and upgrading of existing hardware solutions,RCC can still adapt to the development of smart phones.Secondly,the study found that the adoption of changed low-frequency communication frequency can improve the compatibility of RCC mobile phones.Relevant research has been submitted to the National Standards Committee,Finally,the above analysis provides a reasonable idea and theoretical basis for the design of low-power,low-cost,safe and reliable low-frequency receiver chip.Secondly,the digital true random number generator which can be used in multi-app key systems is studied.In this paper,the digital inverter oscillation loop is used as the random number entropy source.The inverter oscillation loop,the quantization circuit and processing circuit are using digital back-end physical implementation process with other digital circuits in the chip,which can effectively resist the intrusion attack.Thirdly,the security and stability of SRAM physical unclonable function(PUF)as hardware key generation,storage and destruction scheme is studied.Based on the analysis of the generation and distribution characteristics of the power-on value of SRAM array,the problem of information leakage risk caused by strong SRAM cells and linear repetition code is found,and presents a method to improve the stability of SRAM’s power-on value by using PMOS to shorten ramp-up time.Finally,the above research has been successfully applied to the hardware chip of RCC-SIM card.The research results of this paper have important academic and application value for the promotion and development of RCC standard.
