On the basis of analysing the Erdos coal mining logistics base data, this paper lucubrate the Erdos coal mining area logistics network by fully using the theory methods of operations research, system dynamics, logistics engineering and the related research achievements of coal logistics. As the main research object of Erdos coal mining area logistics network, this text discusses the technology of coal network layout optimization approach, node coal blending system, transportation network optimization and logistics network operation risk analysis and control, etc from the angle of reducing logistics cost, improving the economic benefit, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, protecting the ecological environment. This paper simulates and evaluates for coal mining logistics network layout scheme making use of facility planning theory, determines the simulation assessment 12 network node, analyzes the necessity of developing motivity blending in logistics network nodes, establishes blending node location Baumol-Wolfe model and the coal mining logistics network node power blending option, points out the bottleneck problem of mining coal transport, constructs the mining area highway-railway transport network, establishes bidirectional transport vehicles optimization model. This text has analyzed major risk factors, identified four main risks, and established the system dynamics simulation model, it is simulated and analyzed by the application vensim software, and puts forward the logistics network risk control strategy.
