Since the implementation of the natural forest protection project,China ' s forest cultivation has achieved remarkable results.By the end of 2018,the area of natural forest has increased by about150 million mu.At the same time,China has also gradually banned the commercial logging of natural forest in batches,mainly including the prohibition of commercial logging of natural forest in stateowned forest areas in Northeast China in 2015,the prohibition of commercial logging of natural forest in non-natural protection engineering areas and state-owned forest farms in 2016,and the prohibition of commercial logging of natural forest in collective forest areas and individual natural forest areas in the south in 2017.The important tasks of natural forest protection,forest area and volume increase in China's 13 th Five-Year Plan have been completed in advance.From the perspective of effectiveness,China can reduce natural forest deforestation by about 50 million cubic meters per year.At the same time,the State Forestry Administration also promulgated the“?13th Five-Year Plan for Forestry Development?”to encourage the development of forest area continuous industries based on the principles of protecting forest resources and maintaining ecological balance.Among them,forest food has become a hot development direction in major forest areas due to its good development prospects and development potential.However,due to the short development time of the industry,the relatively dispersed business entities and the weak links between key links,the overall development of forest food industry is relatively slow.Based on the above reality,this study puts forward the concept and framework of collaborative development from the perspective of synergetics,aiming at the problems of insufficient development of key links in the forest food industry chain and the lack of close cooperation among business entities in key links of the industry chain,and diagnoses the key links in the current forest food industry chain under the influence mechanism of the analysis framework on the collaborative development of the industry chain.(1)This study first sorts out the current situation and characteristics of the production,processing and sales links of the forest food industry chain,and uses the shift-share method to compare and analyze the key links of the forest food industry chain in different regions,pointing out the problems existing in the key links of the industry chain in terms of strategic planning,interest connection,organizational communication,resource flow and institutional guarantee.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the cooperative relationship between the business entities in the key links of the forest food industry chain,this study analyzes the internal and external motivations that drive the coordination of the key links of the forest food industry chain,and points out the path and value creation of collaborative development from the theoretical level.The results of the study straighten out the cooperative relationship of the key links of the forest food industry chain,including the exclusive supply-to-demand cooperation,one-to-many supply-to-demand cooperation,cooperative partnership and market competition cooperation.(2)Combined with the relevant research of the industrial chain and the actual situation of the forest food industry,the collaborative development index system of the key links of the forest food industry chain is constructed with 5 dimensions and 21 indexes.The structural equation model is used to discuss the influence of the five dimensions of strategy,interest,organization,resources and system on the collaborative development of the key links of the industrial chain.Based on this,the collaborative development of the key links of the industrial chain is measured.The empirical results show that strategic synergy has the greatest impact on the synergy of key links in the industrial chain,followed by institutional synergy,and finally organizational synergy,resource synergy and interest synergy.(3)Based on the demonstration of the influence mechanism and empirical analysis of the five dimensions on forest food,the collaborative entropy model is used as the research method to measure the collaborative state of the key links in the forest food industry chain.The empirical results show that the production,processing and sales of Qiyunshan Company in Jiangxi Province are closely linked.Relatively speaking,the worst synergy for Mudanjiang City,a small forest food collection and processing plant,the cultivation of auricular only through simple packaging will be semi-finished products quickly into the competitive market,the income is difficult to guarantee.In addition,in the study of B39,B55 and B57 industrial chain key link coordination,most of the indicators are in the state of zero,especially the most important strategic coordination,indicating that many middle and high-level managers do not communicate and communicate with each other for the development goals,values and common decision-making.Through data observation,the indicators with negative synergy entropy are mostly concentrated in employee communication,information exchange,resource sharing,business contacts,personnel mobility and system consistency.It shows that although the key business entities do not put forward forward forward forward forward-looking expectations for the development of the whole industrial chain,but due to the tightness of the connection,after several frequent transactions and communication,it has reached a semi-cooperative state,such as Longjiang Forest Industry,Jilin Forest Industry,etc.,the main core problems of industrial chain development are unclear industrial chain goals,unclear development path and weak independent innovation ability.(4)The BP artificial neural network model is used to train and simulate the feasibility of the collaborative evaluation index system of forest food industry chain.A total of 59 sample data are used in the process of network training and simulation,of which 49 are used as training samples and verification samples,and 10 are used as test samples.After 20 training and learning,the deviation between the collaborative evaluation results and the expected value of the key business entities in the forest food industry chain is small,and the expected accuracy is achieved.It shows that the evaluation model has good evaluation results.The collaborative development path of the key links of the forest food industry chain is designed according to the application value of the empirical results.It has certain scientific nature,including the collaborative development path of the key links of the special supply and special demand forest food industry chain dominated by organizational collaboration,the collaborative development path of the key links of the one-to-many supply and demand forest food industry chain dominated by resource collaboration,the collaborative development path of the collaborative development of the key links of the cooperative
