Research On The Path Of Technology Capitalization In China

In the world of unprecedented changes,especially in the face of many uncertainties such as COVID-19,how to ensure sustainable and healthy economic and social development is an important issue for all countries to cope with and properly solve.Among the many options,the innovation and application of technology are placed in a prominent position.However,the transformation of technology into realistic productivity is a complicated dynamic evolution process,whose core connotation is technological capitalization.Therefore,this article focuse on the Chinese technology capitalization,takes technology capitalization in China as the research object and research topic,analyzes the development mechanism of China's technology capitalization,and on this basis,hopes to solve the problems existing in the process of China's technology capitalization by optimizing the path of technology capitalization,and promote China's economic and social development better.Therefore,according to the overall analytical framework of "observing phenomena--proposing problems--analyzing problems--solving problems",the main research work and research contents of this paper are as follows:First,carding and analyzing the connotation of technology and technology capitalization.This paper holds that from the dynamic perspective of technology,technology will show different forms in different links,highlighted by the transformation of technology from knowledge form to material form,as a structural and multi-functional organic complex,technology's inherent natural and social attributes are unified.In addition,as a form of externalization of technology,technology and capital are closely connected.Therefore,we should pay attention to grasp technological capitalization from the essential connotation of capital,especially from the natural and social attributes to examine the three dimensions of human,material and relationship contained in technological capitalization.On this basis,this paper tries to define the connotation of technology capitalization in a broad sense.Second,exploring the theoretical basis of the realization path of China's technology capitalization.The capitalization of technology is the result of the combined action of internal appeal and external push.From the perspective of internal composition,the process of technological capitalization contains different forms of capital,among which the transformation and movement among human capital,knowledge capital and industrial capital constitute the overall movement trend of technological capitalization.Under different economic systems,especially under different technological sources,the concrete forms of the general movement trend of technological capitalization will appear a variety of deformation.Based on the various forms of capital movement and the connotation of technological capitalization,the paper holds that the movement principle of social basic contradictions provides the theoretical basis for analyzing the internal mechanism of technological capitalization,while the system theory provides scientific guidance in methodology.Third,analyzing the historical position and existing problems of China's technological capitalization.Starting from the perspective of technological evolution,this paper determines the historical position of technological capitalization in China through longitudinal combing and horizontal comparison of the development process of innovative technology in the world and China,and holds that the process of technological capitalization in China is still at the middle level.On this basis,this paper argues that in the process of technology capitalization,China relies too much on market driven,benefit driven and exogenous driven,and relatively ignores t knowledge driven,value driven and endogenous driven,which may lead to the "trap" in the driving forces.At the same time,there is an obvious tendency of involution in the development chain,core technology,science and culture,supply and demand and other aspects,which hinders the development of China's technology capitalization.Fourth,analyzing the realization path of China's technology capitalization.From the perspective of local to global evolution,the realization path of technology capitalization in China consists of two parts: chained development and ecosystem.For the chained development of technological capitalization,the movement and change of human capital,knowledge capital and industrial capital together constitute the chain movement process of technological capitalization,which gathers the basic components and central links of technological capitalization.In the process of chained development,in the fields of social construction,institutional system and economic system,many factors,such as science and culture,talent cultivation,patent system and public financial policies,supply and demand,will influence the chained development of technology capitalization by affecting the developments of human capital,knowledge capital and industrial capital.For the ecosystem of technological capitalization,from the perspective of ecosystem,technological capitalization presents distinct ecological characteristics in terms of participants,movement changes and so on.The development process of technology capitalization contains many elements,showing obvious structural characteristics of "chain-ecosystem",and in the interaction process of each component of technology capitalization,the ecosystem of technology capitalization realizes dynamic adjustment.Fifth,optimizing the development path of China's technology capitalization.In view of the problems existing in the development process of technological capitalization in China and based on the chained development and ecosystem of technological capitalization,the development path of technological capitalization in China should be optimized by following scientific criteria.Starting from the aspects of scientific culture,talent training,patent system,public funding policy,supply and demand.We should vigorously develop and improve human capital,knowledge capital and industrial capital in order to achieve better chained development.At the same time,based on the whole,we should build a high-quality Chinese technological capitalization ecosystem by constructing a new development pattern,implementing effective national governance,and promoting the effective interaction between chained development and ecosystem.
