The Capitalization Research Base On The Science-Technology Achievement

With the coming of knowledge economics, the traditional productive factors, such as the earth, man-power and material capitals have reduced the strength to the economic development. From now on, science and technology will be the key resource gradually in the economical field, especially in such a developing country like China. In our country, the science and technology resource is limited and imperative to achieve. In fact, the inversion of the science and technology is not very good, and still has some disunion between science-techology and economic. The capitalization is the main method of successful inversion of the science-technology achievement, and is the validity method to turn science-technology into productive force. But it is dependent on what we have found in experiments. So how to use the science and technology achievements and make them work for the economy development are becoming political problems which need to be settled.In this text, I have introduced the statement of the capitalization of the science and technology achievement, and analysis the related theory on the capitalization of science-technology achievements, the process, statement and tendency of this capitalization. Basing on this above, I have used many statistic data and specific examples to get this conclusion that the capitalization is the validity method of the inversion of the sience-technology achievement. In the end, I have listed the problems in this capitalization and the relative contermeasures in this procession.
