In March 2021,the fourteenth five year plan for national economic and social development,the long-term goals for 2035 issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to promote the digital development,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,and create international competitive digital industrial clusters.As the fastest and most potential economic growth point,digital economy has become an important development strategy in China,and has been widely concerned by society.The theory and application of digital economy started late in China,and there are urgent practical needs,so the theoretical and empirical research of digital economy is imminent and very important.At present,the research of digital economy is still in infancy.In recent years,many scholars have discussed the basic definition and development mode of digital economy,but most of them stay in qualitative analysis and theoretical framework research.The current situation of digital economy development in China is still vague.There are still some new problems such as how digital technology work in other industries,the mode of digital integration,the application and transmission mechanism of digital technology in industry,and so on.No scholars have carried out systematic research on micro and macro level of digital economy.The research on these issues have important theoretical and practical significance on how to develop digital economy and to promote the digital integration,industrial transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Based on the theories and methods of statistics,econometric,industrial economics,complex network and super network,this paper followed the research path of "Definition and classification of digital economy industry,Framework of digital industry analysis,Structure and efficiency analysis of digital enterprise network clusters,Analysis of the relationship structure and influence of digital industry network,Analysis on the importance and trend evolution of digital industry network" to explore the breadth and depth of the development of digital economy in China.The main problems are as follows:(1)The function mechanism and transmission path of digital technology among enterprises,and the efficiency influence of digital enterprises in enterprise clusters,(2)The overall development status of China's digital economy and the development differences in digital economy segmentation,(3)The digital differences of various industries,the main type of industries driven by the development of digital industry,and the overall potential impact of digital industry,(4)Micro to macro dimension of digital economy system influence trend.Based on the input-output data and related party transaction data of listed companies from 2007 to 2018,the main research content of this paper includes five parts.The first part defined the basic concept of digital economy,the classification of digital economy industry,and analyzed the related concepts of digital economy.According to the basic theory of industrial economics and industrial network,the second part putted forward the analysis method of industrial association and industrial network.From the perspective of single-layer network and super network,this paper analyzed the structure of enterprise network and industry network,and discussed the analysis methods of digital industry related super network.The third part focused on the network relationship of enterprise samples.This paper analyzed the structural characteristics,function path and efficiency influence of digital enterprise in enterprise network clusters.The fourth part extracted the backbone structure of industrial network,analyzed the structural characteristics and status of digital industry in the whole economic network.This paper constructed network threshold model and transmission impact model to analyze the main scope and potential impact of digital industry.Through a group of network indicators,the fifth part analyzed the importance and development trend of the digital industry segmentation.The evolution model of digital enterprise industry super network is constructed to analyse the overall development trend of digital economy.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the related party transaction data of Listed Companies in 2018,this paper studied the cluster characteristics,transmission mechanism and impact of digital economy in enterprise network.This paper used the network community mining algorithm to distinguish enterprise clusters,compared and analyzed the structural characteristics of different types of digital enterprise clusters,the role of digital technology and its impact.The transmission and diffusion path of digital technology among enterprise clusters can be summarized as follows.Digital technology transmit from digital technology supply enterprise clusters to digital technology application enterprise clusters,and then to non digital technology enterprise clusters.Firstly,digital technology application-oriented enterprises invest in R&D to obtain the most cutting-edge equipment and technology.Then,this cutting-edge digital technology is combined with traditional industrial technology in digital convergence enterprises to form practical digital technology.Finally,digital technology works on ordinary enterprises by digital convergence enterprises and complete the transmission path of digital technology.By using DEA method,this paper calculated the different production efficiency of listed companies,and compared their overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in different enterprise clusters.The results showed that the net technical efficiency of the listed companies in the digital enterprise clusters is higher than that of the non digital enterprises,while the scale efficiency is slightly lower.It showed that if there are digital enterprises in the enterprise cluster,they can promote the pure technical efficiency of other enterprises.However,the listed companies of these digital enterprise clusters have relatively low scale efficiency,which indicates that their scale production has not reached the best level,and there is still room for further development and expansion.From the perspective of micro enterprises,this part creatively putted forward the transmission path of digital technology between different enterprise clusters,and measured the efficiency impact of digital enterprises on other enterprises through clusters.2.Based on the input-output tables of China in 2007,2012,2017 and 2018,this paper studied the static structure characteristics,linkage range and influence effect of digital economy in industrial network.In this paper,the maximum spanning tree algorithm is used to extract the backbone structure of industrial network,and to analyse the structure characteristics and status of digital industry.The network threshold method and network conduction algorithm are used to calculate the main influence range of digital industry,and its potential impact on the overall economy.According to China's current economic development and industrial structure,digital industry has not become the central industry or leading industry of China's economy,but has great potential and development space.From the perspective of China's industrial network structure from 2007 to 2018,China's core pillar industry is still the construction industry,not the digital industry.However,the increasing trend of business relationship among digital industry is higher than the overall level,and digital industry has a positive effect on economic development,expansion and activity.By using the network threshold method,it can be found that the high digitized industries in China are R&D and innovation industry,transportation equipment manufacturing,machinery manufacturing,public management,energy industry,education,culture and art,while other industries have relatively low level of digital correlation.By calculating the potential impact of digital industry on the whole industrial network,we can get the direct and indirect impact ratio of digital industry on the whole economic network.From the perspective of digital industry segmentation,digital hardware industry has a greater impact on the overall economic network than digital software and digital information industry.In the short term,it is an effective measure to promote economic development.Digital software and digital information industry is still weak in the economic network relationship,and has great potential growth space,which belongs to the long-term digital development direction.This part revealed the actual development status and current situation of China's digital industry in macro economy,and measured the impact scope of digital industry on other industries and the whole economy under the existing industrial structure.3.Based on the related party transaction data of listed companies from 2008 to 2018,this paper studied the evolution trend of digital economy in dynamic enterprise industrial super network.This paper used network index and super network evolutionary algorithm to measure the development trend and characteristics of digital industry and its segmentation.In this paper,different network indicators are used to measure the differences in the development of segments of digital industry.Industries like electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing,software and information technology services has the widest range of influence,scale and network importance.Industries like internet and related services,radio,television,film and sound production,software and information technology services have strong growth rate,and their development momentum is far stronger than other digital industries and the average rate.Industries like telecommunications,radio and television and satellite transmission services,press and publishing perform poorly in network indicators,industrial association,scale and overall influence,and needs to be strengthened.Compare the growth of the number of enterprises and connections in the whole enterprise network,we can find that the digital industry relationship growth is higher than the average level.In recent 10 years,the trend of economic network time series showed that the increase of new digital enterprises and business relations is generally higher than the overall level,which has a positive effect on economic development,expansion and activity.This part analyzed the importance and development trend of digital industry from the perspective of dynamic network,and discussed its network evolution mechanism combined with the dynamic changes of digital enterprises,which has strong academic value and practical significance.
