| The holding of large-scale international exhibitions such as the International Horticultural Exposition is conducive to demonstrating a country's development achievements,expanding opening-up,economic,trade and people-to-people exchanges,and advocating green and sustainable development.China started to hold the World Horticultural Exposition late,but the local governments are very enthusiastic to hold the event.In just over 20 years,China has become one of the countries that hold the World Horticultural Exposition more.On the one hand,the holding of the world horticultural exposition has played an important role in expanding the national influence and shaping the city image,but it is easy to form the idle waste of venue resources after the holding of the exposition.How to effectively use the venue resources,the key is to study what factors affect the use of venue resources after the world horticultural exposition,the relationship between the influencing factors and the weight,what are the key influencing factors,so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Based on system theory and sustainable development theory,this paper puts forward the research direction of this paper on the basis of consulting relevant literature.By using questionnaire survey,Delphi method,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and other methods,on the basis of literature research,this paper obtains the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after China holds the world horticultural exposition through expert scoring and research optimization,By using the methods of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)dematel-anp,this paper constructs an index evaluation model for the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after China holds the world horticultural exposition.It takes the venue resource utilization after China's' 99 Kunming World Horticultural Exposition,which is the first A1 level World Horticultural Exposition held in China and has a history of 22 years,as a case study,Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the utilization of venue resources after holding similar world horticultural expositions in China.This paper draws the following conclusions after research:(1)After China holds the world horticultural exposition,the venue resources can realize the reasonable utilization and sustainable development.China's holding of the world horticultural exposition is conducive to promoting exchanges and cooperation with other countries in economy and trade,culture,science and technology,and horticulture.As a developing country,China attaches great importance to the rational use of venue resources after the games.At present,the venue resources of the seven world horticultural expositions and Shanghai World Horticultural expositions that have been successfully held in China have been preserved and rationally utilized to varying degrees,which reflects the sufficiency and sustainability of the rational utilization of the venue resources after the world horticultural expositions are held in China.This is a major feature of China's holding of world horticultural expositions,and it also saves resources,It is a better way to realize the sustainable utilization of resources.(2)After the world horticultural exposition is held in China,the influencing factors of venue resource utilization are divided into five dimensions,i.e.economic factors,social factors,cultural factors,venue's own factors,physical and geographical factors,as well as social stability,urban adaptability,public transport perfection,urban ecological construction,infrastructure construction,improvement of human settlement environment,urban planning,economic development level,and so on Residents' consumption ability,policy support,regional industrial density,management innovation ability,enterprise operation ability,low-carbon economy,brand value,public welfare value,historical and cultural value,residents' education level,sustainable development concept,urban development strategy,land value,surrounding environment,function expansibility,venue planning and layout,integration positioning,landscape gardening level There are 27 secondary influencing factors in the level of science and technology.All the above factors constitute a complete evaluation system of influencing factors of venue resource utilization after China holds the world horticultural exposition.(3)By using the method of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)dematel-anp,this paper constructs the evaluation model of the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after China holds the world horticultural exposition,and studies and determines the influencing factors closely related to other indicators.The order of the secondary indicators is as follows: economic development level,urban planning,Urban development strategy,improvement of human settlements and policy support,etc;The order of the secondary indicators that have a greater impact on other factors is:Residents' education level,residents' consumption ability,management innovation ability,policy support and enterprise operation ability;The influencing factors of the first level indicators of the five dimensions in order of importance are: economic factors,social factors,cultural factors,venues' own factors,physical and geographical factors;Among the 27 secondary influencing factors,there are 13 important indicators,and the order of weight from large to small is: economic development level,urban planning,improvement degree of human settlements environment,urban development strategy,infrastructure construction,regional industrial density,policy support,low-carbon economy,sustainable development concept,management innovation ability,enterprise operation ability,urban ecological construction,urban ecological construction Function expansibility.The research shows that after the world horticultural exposition is held in all parts of China,the utilization of venue resources must pay close attention to the relationship between various influencing factors,and give different degrees of attention according to the weight of each influencing factor,and take corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the utilization efficiency of venue resources.(4)The empirical results show that the evaluation model of the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after the world horticultural exposition is scientific,feasible and effective,and has good practical value and operability.The main innovation points of this paper for the study on the influencing factors of venue resources utilization after China holds the World Horticultural Exposition are as follows:(1)After the World Horticultural Exposition was held in China,the innovation on the index system of influencing factors of venue resource utilization was put forward.Some domestic scholars have put forward some ways and methods of the utilization of venue resources after China holds the world horticultural exposition from different research angles,and also put forward some influencing factors of the utilization of venue resources after the world horticultural exposition directly or indirectly,but these scholars have not carried out a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors.Through literature review,expert evaluation,questionnaire survey,Kendall's w synergy coefficient consistency test and other methods,this paper studies the five dimensions and 27 relatively comprehensive and complete influencing factors evaluation index system of venue resource utilization after the World Horticultural Expo.(2)By using the methods of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)dematel-anp,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after the world horticultural exposition is held in China,and obtains the relationship between the influencing factors and the weight of each influencing factor.From the domestic and foreign literature research on the application of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory method and network analytic hierarchy process(AHP),although some scholars used the method of combination of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory method to evaluate the related problems,However,there is no research on the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after the world horticultural exposition by using the method of dematel-anp.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after holding the World Horticultural Exposition in China,the research method of combining dematel-anp is innovatively applied to conduct a comprehensive study on the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after holding the World Horticultural Exposition in China,and the influence relationship between each factor and the weight of each influencing factor are obtained.(3)By using the methods of decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory and network analytic hierarchy process(AHP)dematel-anp,the evaluation model of influencing factors of venue resource utilization after the World Horticultural Exposition was established,At the same time,the case of the influencing factors of venue resource utilization after China's' 99 Kunming World Horticultural Expo,which was held for the first time in China and has been completely preserved so far,was used to study and verify.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions of venue resource utilization after China's holding the World Horticultural Expo were put forward,which has certain innovation and practical reference
