With the good develpment of China's economic situation,the domestic real estate industry and the exhibition industry has developed rapidly,and become an important point of regional economic growth,and get supports from governments of all levels.The exhibition industry as the third industry and emerging industry,can promote industrial transformation and generate powerful economic benefits,even promote infrastructure upgrades in the surrounding areas,and the improve regional living environment.All of the factors can construction and improve the regional real estate industry.So in recent years,the provincial and municipal governments are actively engaged in the fight for high-level exhibition,with a view to achieve the overall improvement of the city's infrastructure and living environment.This paper mainly focus on the promotion effect of the government led Exhibition and the value of the region,tries to explore the internal effect between them,and housing prices are the most clearly the most obvious indicator.Therefore,this paper takes World Horticultural Exposition as an example,traces back a series of work such as the exhibition planning?traffic construction,ecological river management of World Horticultural Exposition in Qingdao,and discuss the future generations to the housing prices and regional value promotion of the Qingdao Dong Li plate,focuses on relationship between the development and city layout the ruling party development thought,a general description of the relationship model between World Horticultural Exposition and Dong Li area prices at the same time,on the basis of extensive research,through the use of Delphy theory,the relationship between the government exhibition and price factors were identified,and get the construction prices index system and structure model according to the identification of the survey results,and then study the influence factors of the government led exhibition and real estate industry.
