The Motivation,Process And Realization Path Of Disruptive Innovation Research

With the exploration of the transition of the times and the change of the complex international environment,the international innovation strategy tends to collaborative innovation day by day,and the competition among countries also turns to the competition among innovation ecosystems.At present,a competition based on disruptive innovation has begun all over the world.In order to win the competition opportunity,countries have issued policies to promote disruptive innovation and clarify the direction of disruptive innovation in the future.In the outline of the national innovation driven development strategy,it is also clear that the development of disruptive innovation leading industrial change will continue to give birth to new industries and create new jobs.Therefore,revealing the internal law of the development of disruptive innovation and scientifically designing and selecting the path of disruptive innovation have important guiding significance for accelerating the process of disruptive innovation and improving the benefits of disruptive innovation.This study takes disruptive innovation as the research object of this thesis,takes the motivation,behavior process and realization path of disruptive innovation as the research theme,draws lessons from the analysis framework of toe "technology organization environment",closely focuses on the core issue of "Research on the motivation,behavior and realization path of disruptive innovation",and mainly follows the research steps of theoretical research,model construction,case analysis and so on.Firstly,this study systematically combs the relevant research results such as disruptive innovation,innovation ecosystem and competitive advantage acquisition,and discusses the existing theoretical gaps.On this basis,5G + emerging technology enterprises are selected as the case study object to sort out the logical main line of "driving factors-evolution process-competitive advantage",reveal the realization process of disruptive innovation of emerging enterprises,and form an overall conceptual model;Secondly,taking 5G + online education enterprises / institutions as the research case,this study analyzes and discusses the driving factors of disruptive innovation based on the research method of grounded theory.Third,this study focuses on the key issue of "how the disruptive innovation evolution process of 5G + Internet of things enterprises is formed".Taking 15 Internet of things enterprises as research samples,this study constructs a theoretical model of the evolution process of the formation of disruptive innovation ecological advantages of Internet of things enterprises.Fourth,based on the method of qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,this study analyzes the path of disruptive competitive advantage of 5G + Internet of things enterprises.Fifthly,taking the development process of 5G + Mobile Internet enterprises as a research case,this study summarizes the overall realization mechanism model of disruptive innovation of Chinese mobile Internet enterprises from the perspective of "motivation process result" logical paradigm.Combined with the results of theoretical analysis and case study,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the study found that the driving factors of disruptive innovation are mainly six aspects: scientific and technological support,technological change,organizational value and responsibility,organizational self adaptability,macro environment and market status,which are organically combined to form the toe framework structure;(2)It is found that,drawing on the toe analysis framework,disruptive innovation evolves dynamically according to the path of "technological ecological advantage-platform ecological advantage-cluster ecological advantage",and forms a step-by-step gear mode to promote disruptive innovation from technological accumulation to ecological synergy;(3)Relevant factors such as technology ecology,platform ecology and cluster ecology extended under the framework of toe analysis will have different configuration effects on the realization path of disruptive innovation of emerging enterprises.Taking more reasonable configuration strategies according to the differences of enterprises in technology ecology,platform ecology and cluster ecology will be conducive to disruptive competitive advantage;(4)The realization mechanism of disruptive innovation in the logical paradigm of "motivation process result" is mainly divided into three stages: technology ecology stage,platform ecology stage and cluster ecology stage,which advance in turn,and finally realize disruptive innovation through overall linkage;(5)In the process of 5G + Mobile Internet enterprises' subversive innovation,they connect various resources through the innovation ecosystem to create an innovation combination to build a guarantee mechanism.Moreover,a unique and robust innovation ecosystem is an important carrier for enterprises to achieve subversion.As the core driving force of a new round of scientific and technological change,disruptive innovation and disruptive technology have very important economic and social value and strategic value.In the development process of disruptive innovation,good innovation policy support is the source of its innovation.At the same time,it is also an important guarantee to support its innovative technology research and development until the marketization and industrialized application of achievements,promoting the development and Realization of disruptive innovation.Based on the development law and case enlightenment of disruptive innovation,this study draws two enlightenment:(1)the internal law and characteristics of the development of disruptive innovation,pay attention to the resource agglomeration and resource distribution in the whole chain of disruptive innovation growth,and use the characteristic mechanism to open up the whole chain of disruptive innovation growth;(2)Build an innovation ecosystem suitable for disruptive innovation,and improve the cultivation system of disruptive innovation through the layout from scene to ecology.This study makes a theoretical analysis on the driving factors,evolution behavior and realization path of disruptive innovation of emerging enterprises,discusses the evolution and Realization of disruptive innovation of emerging enterprises,makes up for the lack of research on the evolution and Realization of disruptive innovation of local enterprises from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,and makes up for the improvement of the theoretical system of disruptive innovation.In practice,due to the leading and typical development of China's 5G industry and its enabled industries,and in the key stage of integration and innovation with traditional industries,this study focuses on the theoretical research and case verification of disruptive innovation in the local context,which enriches the conceptual connotation of disruptive innovation and has important reference value for the development of relevant industries.
