The purpose of this topic is to research the implementation of disruptiveinnovation strategy of HR group. Information technology such as internet, big data,consumer communicate have a big impact to the traditional industrial. The traditionalindustrial are force to change and this research is analyze the change of familyappliances industrial at internet background. There is3directions for the change of acompany, technical innovation, organizational innovation and business modelinnovation, this research focus on implementation of technical innovation and someorganizational and management innovation which to support technical innovation.This essay describe the innovation explore of Chinese traditional manufactorycompany by study and apply innovation theory of western countries. The researchfocus on the analysis of implementation of innovation strategy and track results byexamples. This essay hope to give objective description of disruptive innovationprocess and activities of HR group, share experience and successful achievement, atthe same time to study on the questions and explore solutions and direction ofoptimization, hope to give the reader some inspire.There are six parts of this essay, part1is introduction; part2is to list somerelated theoretical basis; part3is to give introduction of disruptive innovation strategyand implementation of HR group and list challenges and questions. In this part, thisessay show the reason and background that HR set up disruptive innovation strategyunder the new company strategy stage which called network stage. To fit this newstage, HR did some adjustment of the structure of R&D department, innovationproject management and evaluation system. During the implementation and upgrade,HR met some challenges which related to idea generation, outside resource usage,incentives and resistance of innovation. These challenges are very crucial to thesuccess of the innovation. Party4use the tool of SWOT to analysis the outsideenvironment and internal conditions for HR to apply disruptive innovation strategy.From outside environment aspect, internet, consumer requirement change, high competition and category mature is to push HR to set this strategy to keep leadingposition of family appliances area and produce new opportunity for increase. Frominternal conditions, the development and capability is ready to change and can giveplatform support for disruptive innovation. Part5give very detailed description ofimplementation and support in HR to make sure the success of this strategy. HR set up2main platforms, one is consumer communication platform and another is outsideresource communication platform. These2platforms are to collect consumerrequirement, ideas and complains and then search outside resource to find technicalsolution to achieve product development to meet the requirement of consumer. HRteam work as connection of consumer and resource by resource management andcooperation. HR set up new human resource structure and self management style todisrupt traditional organization and management to achieve effective management andworking of innovation projects. This is called “interest community” and perfect ITsystem also gives great support on project management and operation. Part6issummary and conclusion of the implementation of disruptive innovation and givesome answer to the questions which been listed in part3. Show some explore to findsolution and track the results.This essay use the method of case study, the object of this study isimplementation of disruptive innovation, the unit of the research is innovation project,then to study each items of project: source of the project, target setting, team, processmanagement, resource requirement, input and output which cover complete aspect ofproject. To make sure the success of the project, HR been held lots of change in thewhole process, disrupt current organization and management model to supporttechnical innovation. By this essay, the classical theory of innovation been showedand applied by Chinese manufacture industrial and also been upgraded according toreal situation of current environment and specific company to give us some inspireabout how to keep competition advantages and keep leading position for the long run.
