Research On Influence Factors Of Enterprises' Choice To Disruptive Innovation In Knowledge Angel

With the arrival of knowledge economic age,innovation has rapidly developed.The disruptive innovation has been a hot area for people researching innovation theory since it been put forward by Christensen in 1997.Disruptive innovation is a kind of important innovation strategy for enterprises to gain a competitive advantage and take a good position in market.The reconstruction of value process and the knowledge innovation is the nature of disruptive innovation.Analysis of disruptive innovation,with the research on dynamic mechanism and influences of innovation are practically helpful for guiding enterprises' disruptive innovation activity.This thesis first analyses the process of disruptive innovation.Based on the SECI knowledge transformation model,the disruptive innovation process is analyzed,and the disruptive innovation process is divided into multiple stages.This thesis analyses the knowledge flow and evolution in the disruptive innovation process from knowledge angel.A corresponding research has been made between the socialization?externalization? combination?internalization of SECI knowledge evolution mode and the innovation fuzzy front end?research and development stage?and the commercialization stage of the disruptive innovation process.Secondly,this thesis summarizes the driving factors of disruptive innovation from three aspects: profit-driven,demand-driven and technology-driven.And analyzes the influential factors of disruptive innovation from four aspects: sources of innovation ?innovation ability?innovation environment and innovation process.Finally this thesis chooses sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation to study innovation model selection.Through the game theory,this thesis establishes the profit matrix of innovation subjects in different situations,and gets the expected returns of the two innovation modes.Based on the experience weighted attraction learning mechanism,a dynamic selection process model for innovation model selection is established.Then the simulation experiment was carried out with MATLAB software.Based on the simulation results,the influence of the main influencing factors on the choice of innovation strategy is discussed.Then this paper puts forward suggestions to promote enterprises to choose disruptive innovation.
