| Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in economic and social development.People’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the economic development speed in various regions has repeatedly reached new highs.At the same time,due to the differences in economic foundation and resource endowment among different regions,the problem of unbalanced economic development among different regions is still quite prominent.In order to promote the development of regional economy,China has established the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Rim and Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.Among them,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as the core region of the Bohai Rim Economic Circle,has long been faced with many problems such as Beijing carrying too many non-capital functions,regional development gap is too large,industrial structure imbalance,serious environmental pollution and so on,which directly affect the sustainable development of the whole region.Based on domestic and foreign relevant industry development and economic development of the quality of research results on the basis of combing and summary,first of all,from the basic theory of coordination of industrial development,combined with relevant theories of industry economics,established the "theoretical basis and operation mechanism to specific approaches to collaborative forms,evolution direction,effect mechanism" theoretical analysis of the system,for the follow-up industry development synergy effect research of affecting the quality of economic development to build the framework.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper,on the one hand,measures the collaborative level of industrial development of cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and on the other hand,explores the level and spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the quality of economic development of cities.For synergy to measure the level of industrial development,based on industry development situation and driving force of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,on the basis of analysis,according to the collaborative operation mechanism and realization path of industrial development,coordinated from industry development environment and industry development ability together two levels of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region industry development coordination level of the cities in the measurement and analysis;Quality research in the development of economy,the economic development of the Beijing-TianjinHebei region,the author of this paper has constructed the economic development quality evaluation index system,and according to the vertical and horizontal to the open class and entropy value method to determine the weight,the TOWA-GA mix operator for the city’s economic development has carried on the dynamic measurement,quality further,adopt the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,the nonparametric kernel density estimation,the Markov transition probability matrix sigma convergence,convergence and club convergence model for economic development quality,the difference of the distribution of dynamic and convergence are studied.Finally,based on the above measurement results of industrial development synergy level and economic development quality as well as the research on the influence mechanism between them,this paper uses threshold model and spatial econometric model respectively to test the contingent mechanism and core mechanism of industrial development synergy affecting the quality of economic development.Through the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,the main conclusions are as follows: first,the overall level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei first industry is relatively low,and the development speed slow down gradually,the added value of secondary industry is higher than the first industry,but growth is slowing,and volatility,in individual years characterized by negative growth,the highest level of the tertiary industry,and presents the fast growth trend,but after 2014 start to temper its growth;Second,during the investigation period,from city to city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region coordination level showing a rising trend of industrial development,among them,Beijing industrial development environment and industry development ability coordination level during the study period were achieved significant improvement in,Tianjin industrial development environment and industry development ability coordination level showed the trend of the balanced development,and from city to city in Hebei province industrial development environment and industry development ability coordination level showed evident in the "convergence";Third,comprehensive level of Beijing and Tianjin economic development quality and growth are in a leading position,and it show a large difference between the cities in Hebei province,among them,Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou,Langfang,Hengshui and other six cities economy development quality more than the average level of the Beijing-TianjinHebei region,and Langfang,Tianjin,Beijing and Hengshui’s average annual growth rate faster,the difference between urban growth is obvious,at the same time,with the improvement of development quality grades,to remain at the level of the cities tend to be less;Fourth,there is no threshold effect on the influence of industrial development synergy on the quality of economic development,which also indicates that the contingent mechanism is not established for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during the inspection period.Therefore,the contingent mechanism of industrial development synergy affecting the quality of economic development can be excluded.Fifth,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region the urban economy development quality inspection results of global and local spatial correlation basically passed the test of significance,shows that the quality of the city’s economic development has positive spatial correlation,namely to the cities in geographical,economic and technical dimensions are close to the city’s economic development quality have a positive role.Finally,dynamic space dubin model of regression results show that the quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic development of the cities has external effects,namely the geographic,economic and technical level has the similarity between regions is promoting mechanism,can promote the economic development of the quality of ascension,and the core of this article explain variables coordination level of industrial development and spatial interaction and time lag basic passed the test of significance,based on the theoretical analysis is verified part put forward the external mechanism and the accuracy of the mechanism of self-organization and his organization. |
