| "Who shall we educate,how shall we educate and for whom shall we educate?"(referred to as education "three questions")is the fundamental question of education.High-level teachers are the backbone of the development of high-quality education.The professional degree education of master of education shoulders the heavy burden of cultivating high-level talents in basic education in China,which decides the future development of basic education in China.As an education to train future Mathematics teachers,what is the current situation of the educating of full-time master of subject teaching(Mathematics)? What are the problems? How can they be addressed? Around this series of problems,from the perspective of the "three questions" of education,we have done a comprehensive and systematic research.After the study of relevant policy texts and literature research,we conducted a holistic analysis of the educating situation of full-time master of subject teaching(Mathematics).Applying the system theory,this paper systematically deconstructs the educating of full-time master of subject teaching(Mathematics),and divides into four components: educating objective,curriculum construction,practical teaching and dissertation.On the basis of the research design,a series of in-depth investigations are carried out around each element.In terms of the educating objectives,in order to understand the rationality and problems of the development of the educating objectives,the development process of the educating objectives for full-time professional masters in discipline teaching(Mathematics)is reviewed firstly.On this basis,the text analysis of the educating objectives is carried out from the perspectives of inter-school differences and the comparison between professional masters and masters.Furthermore,through investigation and research,the author analyzes the existing problems in the formulation of educating objectives,such as ambiguity,homogeneity,fragmentation,idealization and so on.According to the basis of the formulation of educating objectives,the author puts forward suggestions that the formulation of educating objectives should reflect professionalism,diversity,comprehensiveness and operability.In terms of curriculum construction,in order to understand the rationality of the curriculum plan and the problems existing in the implementation of the curriculum,first of all,cluster analysis and correlation analysis were carried out on the categories and subjects of the full-time subject teaching(Mathematics)master curriculum in each educating institution.Secondly,a comparative study was carried out from the perspective of the connection of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and the differences between professional masters and master’s courses.Third,taking two representative courses,"Mathematics Instructional Design and Implementation" and "Mathematics Educational Measurement and Evaluation" as examples,a case study is conducted on the implementation of the curriculum.On the basis of above research,according to the teaching of full-time(Math)should have the characteristics of the professional master’s course construction,namely the high-order normal,practicality,multidirectional compound and dynamic openness,analysis of the current problems existing in the course construction,the hierarchy of the poor,practicality is not ideal,no significant difference is not obvious,targeted,etc.,And put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions one by one.In the aspect of practical teaching,in order to understand the current situation of practical teaching,build practical teaching quality assessment tools,and seek specific strategies to optimize practical teaching,this paper firstly analyzed practical teaching and teachers’ practical knowledge theoretically,and gave the classification of practical teaching content for master of subject teaching(Mathematics)specialty.On this basis,the implementation status of practice teaching in and out of some sample universities was investigated.On the basis of policy analysis,expert interview and student interview,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on practical teaching satisfaction was constructed,and the model was used to evaluate the practical teaching in the sample universities.On this basis,combing the current problems existing in the practice teaching,and from the build more feasible and effective practice teaching mode,to promote the practice teaching and curriculum integration of theory and improve the mechanism of cooperation,build off the varieties of the tutor team and organization innovation,optimization of evaluation system and so on five aspects,respectively,puts forward some Suggestions to strengthen and improve the practice teaching.In the dissertation,in order to understand from the macroscopic degree thesis topic selection,research contents and research methods and writing aspects of holistic characteristics and existing problems,first of all use of big data analysis method,through the analysis of the requirement analysis,general analysis,the research content,research method and a series of statistical analysis,Summarizes the main factors that affect the topic selection and writing of the dissertation,such as personal factors,tutor factors,management system factors,etc.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the thesis selection and writing,some suggestions for optimization and improvement are put forward: teachers and students should negotiate together to standardize the direction of topic selection;Expand the academic horizon and encourage academic innovation;Solid professional knowledge and solid basic theory;Based on practical problems,reflect professional characteristics;Strengthen methodological awareness,standardize research methods,etc.On the basis of the investigation and research on the current situation of the educating of master of full-time discipline teaching(Mathematics),according to the principle of system methodology,from the point of view of connection,focusing on the whole and overall situation,this paper carries out a research on the elements of the educating system of master of full-time discipline teaching(Mathematics).Through the construction of structural equation model,we make a creative exploration of the relationship and influence between these elements.The purpose is to further deal with the relationship between them in the practice of education and teaching,and optimize the relationship between them while making up for the shortcomings of each element,so as to give play to the maximum effect of the synergistic effect of the educating system for master of subject teaching(Mathematics).The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the two aspects of research content and research method.In terms of research content,we have opened up some new research fields,put forward some new views and given some new suggestions.For example,from the perspective of the connection between undergraduate and postgraduate courses and the perspective of the differences between professional masters and postgraduate courses,we conducted a comparative study on the talent educating program and curriculum.In view of the classification of practical teaching knowledge,it gives the classification of theoretical practical teaching knowledge,technical practical teaching knowledge and intelligent practical teaching knowledge.In view of the problems existing in the current curriculum construction,such as poor level,unsatisfactory practice,not obvious difference,and not obvious pertinence,suggestions and suggestions were put forward,such as highlighting the characteristics of high-level teachers,deeply cultivating practical characteristics,and paying attention to the effectiveness of curriculum setting.In terms of research methods,we attempted to carry out two innovative quantitative research explorations: One is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,build the "full-time(Mathematics)the teaching practice teaching professional master’s degree of satisfaction evaluation index system",the system includes two levels,consists of three level indicators and 12 secondary indicators,a total of 31 evaluation observation point,each index respectively occupies certain proportion,layered determine the index weight,This model can be used to evaluate the practical teaching situation of full-time subject teaching(Mathematics)professional masters in educating colleges and universities.According to the principle of system methodology,the second is constructed the "full-time(Mathematics)the teaching professional master’s cultivation factors affecting evaluation index system",using the structural equation model,to explore the relationship between the system elements,and intuitive figure modeling result shall be present and the starting from the angle of system to optimize and improve the full-time(Mathematics)the teaching professional master’s practical educating.It has a certain reference value and enlightenment significance.Based on the above investigation and countermeasure research,we put forward the prospect of future research on the basis of combing and summarizing:(1)expand the depth and breadth of investigation and seek optimization in practice;(2)to broaden the academic horizon and explore new modes of cultivation in communication;(3)promote the transformation of theoretical achievements and test the achievements in practice. |
