The STSE educational philosophy integrates scientific knowledge,technological development,social production and life,and the environment.It emphasizes practical inquiry in educational methods,focuses on the cultivation of students’ awareness of participation,and the penetration of knowledge and social values;guides students to combine what they have learned with practice,It is to transform theoretical knowledge into an important teaching concept with practical guiding significance.This educational concept emphasizes the systematization and integration of knowledge in the implementation structure,describes the scientific world to students in a multi-perspective and three-dimensional manner,and guides students to understand the laws of things objectively and comprehensively.This concept is also in line with the educational goal of vigorously developing modern vocational education and cultivating practical talents in our country.The use of this educational concept to carry out teaching design in the basic courses of secondary vocational majors will have a positive role in promoting students to learn professional courses in the higher vocational stage in the future.Effective teaching case practice based on this concept can also provide reference for teachers of professional courses.The application and continuous improvement of curriculum teaching promote the improvement of teaching quality.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad and the relevant pedagogical theoretical basis,this research determines the research content and research ideas.Through questionnaires to students and interviews with teachers of professional courses,we learned about the professional courses of 19 th grade students majoring in landscape technology,landscaping and horticultural technology in agricultural vocational schools.Learning situation,teachers’ understanding of STSE education,and practical problems in the current professional course teaching process.And according to the principles of STSE education and the key to the selection of penetration points,the teaching content suitable for STSE education in the course teaching of "Plant Basics" was excavated,and the STSE education concept was integrated.Create problem scenarios and intuitive teaching methods for specific teaching design and practice.After a semester of teaching practice,from the analysis of classroom observation and random survey results of students,after the integration of STSE education in classroom teaching,the learning attitude of some students has gradually changed,the occurrence of school weariness is reduced,and students’ active consciousness can be stimulated And the curiosity to explore unknown knowledge,the learning motivation has been improved.Most of the students expressed that they like the teachers in the classroom to list practical cases that are relevant to production and life,and pay attention to some internal connections between scientific knowledge,technological development and actual production and life.Class participation has also improved,and overall satisfaction is high.
