Research On Influencing Factors And Evolution Mechanism Of Green Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises

With the deterioration of the global environment,manufacturing enterprises that rely on resource consumption(especially non renewable resource consumption)have realized that the extensive development model will come to an end.Seeking the way of "harmonious coexistence" between enterprises and the environment has become a global problem.Green innovation is the key to the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the realization of highquality development.With the vigorous development of global green technology and business environment,ecological innovation is also an important way for Chinese manufacturing companies to join international competition and gain sustainable competitive edge.Companies are under pressure from the international community to pay unprecedented attention to green development and ecological civilization construction,and are the core strength to achieve the goals of carbon peaking,carbon neutrality,and industrial transformation and upgrading.Promoting and implementing the green innovation development strategy of manufacturing companies can have a "point to area" radiation effect on solving the problems of energy consumption and pollution emission,enable manufacturing companies to earnestly move towards the road of new industrialization,build an efficient green manufacturing system.Promote the building of a resource conservation and energy-friendly society.From a systematic perspective,taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object,identifying the key influencing factors of green innovation as the starting point,aiming at maximizing the ecological benefits while promoting enterprises to obtain profits,combined with empirical analysis,deeply excavate the action mechanism and behavior evolution mechanism of influencing factors of enterprise green innovation,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises in China.This is of great practical significance to promote the development of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,in order to explore the influencing factors,action mechanism and behavior evolution of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises,the following research has been carried out:Firstly,the mechanism of influencing factors of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises and the theoretical framework of behavior evolution are determined.Starting from the connotation,characteristics,participants and relevant theoretical perspectives of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises,through the analysis and comparison of relevant theories of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises,select system theory,ecological modernization theory,market-oriented theory and stakeholder theory.Following the research contents of "Basic research→Systematic research→Practical research",this study constructs the academic framework of the research on the influencing factors,action mechanism and behavior evolution of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and interprets the contents involved.Secondly,identify the key influencing factors of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the principle of comprehensiveness,the influencing factors of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises are comprehensively extracted by using grounded theory.On this basis,based on the importance principle,the importance of the influencing factors of green innovation is identified by using the improved intuition-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for differentiated weights,and the key influencing factors of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises are extracted,so that the subsequent empirical research on the influence mechanism mainly focuses on the critical influence elements.Taking manufacturing companies as the research boundary,the critical influence elements are divided into institutional influencing factors,organizational influencing factors and individual influencing factors,and the typical relationship structure between key influencing factors is constructed.Thirdly,Explore and test the influencing factors and mechanism of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of extracting the key influencing factors,following the research logic of putting forward and verifying hypotheses,a conceptual model of the action mechanism of the influencing factors of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises is constructed based on institutional theory and resource-based theory.The structural equation model and hierarchical regression model are used to test the significance of its impact on manufacturing enterprises’ green innovation and the contingency effect of executives’ environmental awareness from the individual level,organizational level and institutional level,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the following countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green innovation.Fourth,the behavioral evolution mechanism of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises is explored.Based on the perspective of organizational ecology,this paper analyzes the connotation and evolution process of green innovation behavior evolution of companies,and constructs a theoretical model of enterprise green innovation behavior evolution under the constraints of green market orientation,government supervision,innovation ability and individual consciousness.According to the logical idea of putting forward and verifying hypotheses,the strategy choice,stability conditions and evolution path of enterprise green innovation behavior are verified by using evolutionary game method and numerical simulation method.Excavate the influence of the behavior choice of evolution subject under the constraints of different factors on the evolution decision of green innovation,and reveal the internal mechanism of the evolution of green innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises.Fifth,the evaluation model of green innovation development level of manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Starting from the niche situation theory,combined with the influencing factors at the individual level,organization level and system level,this study constructs the indicator system of green innovation development level of manufacturing companies from the aspects of state and potential.The combination weight method of relative entropy is adopted,and the comprehensive weight is obtained by comprehensively considering AHP,entropy and variation coefficient.The cloud method can achieve the mutual mapping between qualitative notion and quantitative transformation,and evaluate the development level of enterprise green innovation.Finally,through empirical analysis,the feasibility of the model is verified from the perspectives of theory,numerical experiment and sensitivity analysis,so as to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation standard of enterprise green innovation and the optimization path of enterprise green innovation.In the end,the way to deal with a situation and proposal to promote the progress of green innovation in China’s manufacturing enterprises are put forward.According to the empirical analysis results of the four chapters in the text,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises in China from the institutional level,organizational level and individual level.This will be conducive to the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,promote the sustainable development of enterprises in the way of green innovation,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting the progress of green manufacturing technology.
